Fantastic experience: We have checked housing with the help of Bettina and we couldn't be happier. Advice, follow-up, and everything was excellent. Totally recommendable.

Negative experience: Bettina has little desire to work. In my case, it was a brief and bad experience. I asked about: closed garage in the urbanization next to Parque de la Paloma. Double garage of 41 square meters. We made a proposal, and she agreed to respond to me... a week later, I was the one who had to inquire about whether the owner accepted or not, and she told me no to my proposal, making a counteroffer. I told her that it’s okay, we need to see it, and that everything can be negotiated. She read it and did not respond... After more than 10 hours, I asked her to please respond because we are interested, and she told me that for the price that SHE herself proposed just a few hours earlier, she already has someone interested. In summary: if you want to sell your property, I DO NOT recommend her. Poor attention, poor communication, and 0 negotiation or interest in the sale. I think the only thing she likes about her job is the commission percentage she takes.
