Positive experience: Sehr netter Immobilienmakler! Nur leider vergeblichst auf eine zugesagte Rückmeldung gewartet

Negative experience: A complete farce. They provide you with photos of apartments that have nothing to do with reality. The dump they sent us to isn't even one of the Orfeo Azul ones they advertise. They sent us to another residential area to a room from the 70s with no dishwasher at all. The worst part is the arrogance and sarcasm we received when we asked for a solution. You pay a fortune. Don't even think about contracting with them!

Negative experience: Used them to book an apartment through Debbie. There was snot on the bathroom door frame when we arrived and the floor was filthy! we are very easygoing people and chose not to complain about it and just enjoy our holiday as we were spending minimal time at the room anyway, the apartment was nice apart from that. We are a group of women in our 40s who kept the place very clean, we used the mop twice and swept up every day. There was nothing significant that a cleaner would expect to see upon check out. After our return, much to our surprise Debbie sent us an email with a list of reasons why she was not giving us our deposit back! 1. “Make up on the sheets ”Unless you’re not planning on washing bedding for the next guests then I would say this is a pretty standard thing to expect to see on white bedding after 4 days. It comes off in the wash! 2. “Rubbish everywhere”It was in-fact in bin bags. We didn’t realise we had to take the rubbish out 3. “Toilet roll in the toilet” we don’t actually believe this to be true, but even if it was, we are not talking about a blocked toilet here, just a matter of pressing the flush button Then the rest of the email was just compete lies, she said there were stains on the lamp shade, doors and walls. Just completely untrue. So from Debbie’s email I have concluded the cleaner had to flush a toilet, take bin bags down to the bins and wash the bedding and she has now stolen £160 from us for the privilege. It must be common practice to fleece people of their deposit, something about thieves really doesn’t sit well with me. We are all also covered it bites, one of our group has been affected badly and a doctor has confirmed it to be bed bugs. I am horrified. There is another recent review where someone else mentions this! Do not stay here!

They handled all the paperwork with great agility, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism. They advised me at all times on the steps to follow and the procedures to be carried out, including those related to the always complicated processes with various agencies and the notary. In summary, everything turned out to be fully satisfactory.

Negative experience: El comercial me facilito información falsa sobre la vivienda, además no me informa de diversos problemas que había en la Comunidad que me hubieran facilitado cambiar de opinión a la hora de la compra. Lo digo suave porque tengo educación aunque no se la merecen. Cuidado con ellos, no he sido el único.
