Negative experience: They never answer the phone and have listings posted for properties that are already rented or sold.

Negative experience: They don't pick up the phone and don't respond to WhatsApp messages. They are the fastest to collect their commission and then disappear. They are incapable of contacting the owner of the property to mediate any problems. They change location and phone number and don't even notify you to be able to contact them. I wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemy.

Negative experience: Fatal. I called to inquire about a property, but I couldn't find it in the system. They said they would call me back. They didn't call me. I went over there, and they promised to call me when they had the keys to show it to me. They didn't call. I sent an email, they gave me an appointment, and they didn't show up. When I wrote to them, they told me that the owner had already sold it, and that's why they didn't go... But they could have informed me, I think.

Positive experience: They are nice, they seem legitimate but I am from out of town and they don't offer many conveniences.

Negative experience: Me puse en contacto con esta inmobiliaria por correo a través de Fotocasa donde tenían un anuncio de casa para alquilar hace más de 15 días y no obtuve ningún tipo de respuesta. No son mínimamente serios. Intentaré localizar la casa y buscar la manera de alquilarla porque sigue anunciada en Fotocasa
