Fantastic experience: Cristihomes recently sold our apartment in Benal Beach complex. It sold within 3 days. The whole process of the sale was made very easy and stress free. Daniel kept in constant contact keeping us up to date as we are in the UK, explaining everything very clearly. In fact, the entire service we received from Daniel and Victor was above and beyond, especially when the kitchen ceiling was badly damaged due to the apartment above us having a leak and causing water damage which left two large holes. They dealt with the insurance assessor due to the language barrier. We highly recommend Cristihomes and feel that we now have two more friends.

Negative experience: Dani is an acquaintance of mine outside the professional sphere. I was about to buy a house with them. Everything was fine until for personal reasons I decided not to go through with the purchase, and when I found myself in non-work environments with him, Dani's friend who eventually bought the house I passed on and Dani started making comments, ridiculing me for not having bought the house and showing me pictures of it in its current state to make me feel bad about my decision.

Victor was super quick at replying to my initial request to view the apartment and then when I asked to do a second viewing the same day, he rearranged his diary to sort it for me. You’d therefore suspect that this would be magnified if you were buying a home in another country with a foreign language with the additional stress of having to familiarise yourself with distinct rules and regulations and a distinct tax system. This wasn't the case this summer when buying a house with the team at CristiHomes. They are beyond compare’. They are distinguished from the typical profile you would expect of an estate agent. They are open, transparent and honest. Not once did they feel ungenuine or as if they solely intent upon securing a sale.They have a deep rooted passion for what they do which is evident through the attention paid to their customers. Their support throughout the process was extensive. They provided detailed information of each stage of the process, including detailed breakdowns of the minefield that can be spanish bureaucracy. The team provided unparalleled support in securing a mortgage. Victor arranged meetings with various bank managers and provided information of estimated costs and expert advice on mortgage types and rates rivalling that of private mortgage brokers I had previously spoken with. Support after the acquisition of the house was also fantastic, with the boys providing a detailed list of things that I would have to do and how to do them, such as changing electricity suppliers and settling community fees. Victor and Daniel provide what can only be described as a bespoke service to their clients. They were available to speak with instantly at any point during the process and their customer service was indisputably excellent. There was never a sense of urgency and the team were never too busy to speak and help out. A testament to their ethos and values is that we have since stayed in touch on a personal level after the operation. Victor and Dani made this process an enjoyable and exciting and one They have made the process enjoyable and exciting and one that I will remember for all the right reasons. Por suerte, a pesar de que los vendedores eran británicos, el hecho de que el equipo de Cristihomes domine a la perfección el idioma ha hecho que la operación sea fácil, fluido y comprensible para todos los intervinientes. Además, debido a que la semana anterior y la semana de la firma me encontraba en viaje de empresa, hicimos un poder notarial para que Daniel pudiera gestionar a la perfección todos los menesteres necesarios para que la firma se llevara a cabo sin ningún impedimento y sin ser necesaria mi presencia. Soy una persona de 52 años y sinceramente hay que admitir que la gestión con las nuevas tecnologías no es mi punto fuerte... Y a eso se le suma que desconocía por completo los grandes riesgos que conlleva comprar una propiedad sin tener a un experto que te acompañe durante todo el proceso. Pero todos esos problemas no estuvieron presentes en ningún momento ya que Daniel, Cristina y Victor literalmente fueron de mi mano desde el primer día hasta el día de la firma. Fantastic experience: Estuve buscando piso de compra con numerosas inmobiliarias durante unos días en Costa del Sol y debo decir que me sorprendió la amabilidad y la atención recibida por muchas de ellas, no sólo la de Cristihomes. Sin embargo, hay algo que diferencia a Cristihomes del resto: su producto es mejor que el de su competencia, y a mejor precio. Ofrecer lo mejor al mejor precio no es una técnica nueva, CocaCola lleva haciéndolo dos siglos, pero siempre es garantía de éxito. La atención a los detalles, la ayuda constante proporcionada con todas las gestiones (muchas de ellas, responsabilidad del comprador o del vendedor, y no suya), su inmediatez, la amabilidad y la profesionalidad de esta empresa son impolutas. Si en el futuro tuviera que comprar otro inmueble o vender el mío, ni siquiera me plantearía consultarlo con otras inmobiliarias. Pero debo insistir en que, independientemente de su corrección, amabilidad y atención, su mayor activo es la calidad: en cualquier rango de precios, lo que ofrecen es lo mejor de lo mejor, algo que no puedo decir de ninguna otra de las muchas inmobiliarias con las que traté en mi periodo de búsqueda. Cristihomes es a todas luces la elección correcta, una apuesta segura.

Fantastic experience: Tengo que decir que el trato que nos ha brindado Daniel de Cristihomes durante todo el proceso de venta ha sido inmejorable, la verdad es que antes de ver la casa ya tenía buenas impresiones sobre ella debido a el trabajo que realizan en producción de video y foto, realizadas con gusto, la casa estaba exquisitamente preparada para la visita. Después Daniel es cercano, amable y sincero, te cuenta no sólo los pros de la casa sino los contras (todas las casas tienen sus puntos negativos y positivos), eso ayudó a darme confianza y no dudé en hacer la reserva el mismo día. Me orientó sobre el proceso de hipotecar, con la notaría e incluso tras la venta seguimos en contacto con los últimos detalles que van apareciendo.
