Negative experience: Desaconsejada totalmente, especialmente si atiende el exfubolero. Cuidado o te la meterá doblada y solo te darás cuanta a la hora de que te desplume. Lee y relee el contrato y no admitas bajo ningún concepto que te diga que es el borrador, o más tarde te dirá que el original es una copia de lo que leíste y habrás caído en la trampa

Se nota que tienen años de experiencia en el mercado Gijonés y destacar que, son muy comprometidos a la hora de los avisos sobre nuevos pisos que les entran.

Fantastic experience: Buenos días, soy el propietario del apartamento que originó la reseña, muy critica, de D. Pablo Casanova Vega y me veo, en justicia, en la necesidad de decir aqui que la Inmobiliaria está libre de responsabilidad alguna en la anulación de la compra del apartamento en cuestión; fue culpa exclusivamente mia. La noche previa a la cita tuve un problema familiar que me hizo pasarla en vela; no obstante a la maña de la cita salí decidido a vender y de hecho llevaba la Escritura en el coche para ello. Una llamada en el último momento me hizo -por sus trascendenca- cambiar drásticamente de opinión y lo siento. Lo siento por el trastorno que se ve que causé al comprador y le pido perdón por ello y lo siento por la inmobiliaria que cargó con una culpa que no tiene en absoluto. Perdón, perdón.

Negative experience: INCOMPETENTES: Intermediaron en una compra-venta de un inmueble de manera poco profesional, sin acreditar la documentación de la finca, garantizando la validez de un acuerdo con la propiedad tras la realización formal de una oferta. Un día después de entregar DNIs para llevar a término el contrato de arras llaman con excusas inaceptables, esgrimiendo que el propietario cambió de idea en el último momento y ya no vende. No responden a emails ni llamadas. Pack completo: falta de rigor y de sentido de la responsabilidad. NUNCA MÁS.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS AGENCY. In 2021, I experienced over a 6-month delay in buying a house because they committed several irregularities. Jose Manuel put a house up for sale without the knowledge of all the owners, only of one of them. At the end of the deadline to sign the deed, it turns out that another owner had passed away 10 months before! and they didn’t even have the contact information for another. They wanted me to sign the purchase without having the updated information in the registry...(signing the purchase while one of the owners is deceased, super recommended). It was a disaster. They didn’t give me all the keys they were supposed to give me, they didn’t leave the apartment completely empty... and once signed, it’s as if I never saw you again. I say, RUN AWAY FROM THERE. ** editing in response to the agency's reply: zero complaints about the friendliness and closeness, but many about the professionalism. I insist that putting a property for sale and signing the deposit with one of the deceased owners, without informing the buyer of such an event, is not professional. Reviews are left when one considers appropriate. And it’s never too late to spare potential clients the problems I went through. I mention that agent specifically because he is the only one I dealt with, not for any personal reason.

Negative experience: Interesado en ver un piso en Villaviciosa después de hacer una contraoferta sin saber que calificación energética tiene, pero que el propietario acepta. Me dicen que puedo ver el piso cuando quiera. Les propongo un día, viernes, y me contestan que no tienen las llaves, que el domingo viene el propietario y me avisan para ir a verlo. De esto hace ya 10 días. Al menos podían comunicar si se ha retirado de la venta o lo han vendido. No he recibido respuesta.
