Now they call me justifying that if something had happened, the insurance would have taken care of it since it was canceled. Sure, to look for insurance in other places, they wouldn’t give me a discount because I didn’t have insurance. During these months, I was looking for another insurance to include my son; the girl didn’t even check my policy, didn’t even inform me that I had no insurance, she just kept quiet and acted clueless. Terrible scam... This is what you are, they say they are mediators. They are troublemakers when you call, no one returns the call, and nobody does.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of crooks. I had a verbal agreement and was ready to sign a deposit contract for a property. Since they don’t call or notify me of anything, I have to show up at the office to see what’s going on, and they tell me to my face that they will not sell it to me because someone else showed up whom they are more interested in selling to. All this while I was first in line and had submitted all the documents to sign the deposit. They have no shame! You deserve what you give to your customers!

Negative experience: Terrible and disastrous agency. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They had promised me the sale of a house I was very interested in and in the end, without notifying me or anything, they sold it to other people. They don't even call you to talk about it... they have nothing professional about them.
