Negative experience: Little professionalism and poor communication between employees. I visited a property with Yolanda, she gave me different information (except for the most important information, which was to put down a deposit to reserve it, which I wouldn't have had a problem with if I had been informed). She provided me with the simple note to deal with the bank and two days later when I asked for more documentation, she told me that another person visited with one of her colleagues after me and has reserved the property. The response to my negative review does not reflect reality; I had no issues with the mortgage request because I had the 20% (just the necessary time for the process) and I communicated this to the person who showed me the property. And after this lack of professionalism and the option they give me (that if the other person wasn't granted the mortgage, they would call me), I do not want to make important transactions with such unprofessional people.

We told her that we are foreigners, we are not always feeling confortable and we had some bad experiences with other agents. Después indican al comprador que el vendedor ahora dice que se lleva todos los muebles ( no valían nada eran muy viejos). Cuando el comprador conoce al vendedor este le indica que es falso, que los muebles, la tv, el microondas e incluso hasta un mueble de columna alto del baño se lo quedaron los de la inmobiliaria para amueblar la casa del hermano de uno de ellos. En el notario no apareció Juan Fernández, sino el dueño que no sabía toda la información de la operación, lo que retrasó la firma. Según informa el vendedor, en un principio le indicaron Comisión del 3%, al final le cobraron el 5%. No facilitaron ningún contacto de bancos, peritos ni nada... Luego que no se quejen de las crisis inmobiliarias... Abusivo... Por un inmueble de 170.000 una Comisión de 10.000 eur...
