Negative experience: Don't come to this real estate agency, neither to sell nor to buy, and even less for renting, which is my case. The moment they charge their monthly fees, they wash their hands of any problems you might have with a potential problematic tenant. Furthermore, they have the nerve to subtly tell you that the lease agreement clauses that they themselves checked are not worth even wiping your a**. In other words, as a landlord, you're sold no matter what the tenant does. Special mention to Rosa for her rudeness when answering the phone regarding the issue at hand.

Positive experience: Al llegar no sabían de que pisos disponían y me emplazan para otro día. Estaría bien que tuvieran un estado de las posibilidades que ofrecen, pero en seguida contactaron con un propietario y me llamaron. El trato bueno desde el principio, dieron todas las facilidades para llevar adelante el contrato. Por diferentes motivos no se realizó pero volveré a consultarles.
