Negative experience: What a SHAMELESS person the owner is, a SCAMMER!! She wants to charge from every direction. She charges the owner and the tenant along with the percentage she takes for the rent default insurance. I went to rent with this real estate agency, we submitted papers, the rent default insurance gave us the green light and we went to sign the contract, etc... there at the real estate agency with the owners, they asked us to pay the monthly rent + deposit to the owners, so far so good. But they wanted us to pay another month's rent to her for showing us the apartment, management fees, etc... I refused and told her it was illegal to charge that, and she went crazy, hysterical.... When they showed us the apartment they said it was 3 monthly payments, one of them for the real estate agency, but we didn’t say yes or no to what we agreed to pay them. I asked my advisor and my lawyer, and that is completely ILLEGAL. The owner also didn’t know that she would charge me another month’s rent. She wanted to take €550 just like that, because she charged both of us, and on top of that, she wanted it in cash, no Bizum or transfer so it wouldn't be reflected anywhere, of course. This lady must be loaded to call her that. I didn’t agree to pay her anything, and therefore, she didn’t rent us the apartment. I hope she gets reports against her, this SCAMMER.

Negative experience: Clear evidence of the lack of regulation and professionalism in the real estate agency sector. We appraised the apartment in December and sent documents to the notary. Notary, selling party, and buying party willing to attend, but the real estate agent went on vacation, which seems normal at first, but the sad part is that knowing the operation was in progress, she had not communicated it to anyone. We had to postpone the signing and almost lost the loan conditions. When we went to sign the deeds, we found out from the notary's secretary that there were two pending assessments. The real estate agency told us it was free of assessments. Fortunately, the selling party agreed to pay them. This agency deceived the notary's secretary by saying there was an agreement on the IBI payment when there was none, either verbal or written. She even admitted before the notary that it was not in the earnest money contract. Fortunately for her, the jurisprudence in this case benefits the selling party, and we agreed to sign. The notary's secretary apologized for having believed her after learning about the embarrassment. When we paid the deposit, she disassociated herself from everything. After a month of paying for the house, we are still waiting for an energy certificate with the correct postal address; she gave us the wrong one and didn't even review it. The certificate is still not registered with the Board, despite the legal obligation. She says it's not her problem. Truly professional. A whole compendium of bad practices, accompanied by, like anyone who doesn't know what they're doing, doses of arrogance, makes dealing with this real estate agency avoidable. If you're going to buy a house from them and give them a deposit, make sure it's the house of your dreams, as in my case. Although even that is not their merit. Personally, I do not recommend them.
