Ustedes fueron los únicos, que a pesar de mis circunstancias, se tomaron la molestia de hablar con los propietarios de los pisos hasta que se encontró la persona que me alquilo sin problemas y gracias a ustedes y ellos hoy soy la feliz propietaria del piso porque me dieron muchas facilidades . Fantastic experience: Llevamos 25 años, gracias a Dios y en los procesos que hemos realizado en todo este tiempo con diferentes personas podemos afirmar que un 99.9% ha quedado satisfecho, desafortunadamente dos o tres personas que han quedado inconformes quieren demostrar lo contrario, no teniendo presente que hay procesos que no nos correponden.

These two individuals sold an apartment in the same building where my parents have an apartment, and they told the new owner that the attic corresponding to her apartment was my parents', meaning they, without ensuring anything since the other owner did not have keys to the attic, sent a locksmith to break down the door of MY attic so the owner could do whatever she wanted. Thanks to these two scoundrels, they threw away memories of my entire family, video tapes of my brother and me when we were babies, tapes of relatives which was the only way we had to see them 'alive' since they have passed away, numerous photo albums, toys with immense sentimental value—all this without counting the valuables, but what hurts me the most is the countless memories they have thrown into the trash; you can't even imagine. They don’t have the money to pay for all the memories they've thrown away, and on top of that, they want to wash their hands of it. I have heard very bad things about this real estate agency, but now that I have experienced it firsthand, they are a bunch of rogues. They don't know the pain they have caused and the tears we have shed. A month ago, my grandmother passed away and you don't know the rage I feel not being able to have a video tape of the many we had where I could see my grandmother with me. Fantastic experience: Para Mellis: Como bien sabes la ley deja elegir al comprador en que notaria se realiza la compraventa, el comprador eligió Madrid y a los vendedores les era complicado viajar hasta la Capital la Inmobiliaria voluntariamente se trasladó allí sin coste alguno para vosotros y poder ejecutar la venta. Cobrasteis el mismo día mediante trasferencia Vía Banco España asumiendo los costos de la notaria de Aranda la Inmobiliaria ya que vosotros no lo abonasteis. Hay que hablar con propiedad

Negative experience: Mala experiencia.

Negative experience: Malos profesionales. Gestionaron una compra-venta de una vivienda de muy mala manera, mala organización y mintiéndonos con los tiempos de cobro de la misma (no cobramos la venta ese mismo día). Eso si, su comisión se encargaron de que fuera lo primero en gestionar, descontándola de la reserva y cobrándola sin realizar la operación. Ha sido tal lamentable que ni siquiera entraron en la firma en el momento de la notaria.. Vergonzoso, nada recomendables.
