Negative experience: We were invited to view an (upmarket) apartment in Sta. Eulalia, we had contact by phone and WhatsApp. Claudia told us we could see the apartment on a Friday afternoon after which I asked what time and I never heard from her after that message. Not the way you should be treating potential customers, the market is clearly in favour of the real estate agents...
