Negative experience: We purchased our property in Spain and as part of the sale agreement there were areas of responsibility by Alleespain to move excess furniture. On entering the property we had to remove all the excess furniture ourselves plus 20 black sacks and 15 boxes of accumulated items with no compensation. There was also many items that should have been pointed out to us on viewing / buying the property:- - Dampness in Cupboards - Canopies not operational - Rear Door entries not secure - Unsafe Electrics The above is just a few of the issues, therefore, a very bad experience and costly experience in relation to our purchase. No-one wants to accept any or part responsibility and I just feel as though the shutters have been pulled down on the whole experience and any communication from me is just being ignored and not acknowledged. When purchasing from a Company, check everything works and if all the windows and doors are open then close them and use your nose.
