Negative experience: SR TONY was notified in advance about the stipulated delivery of the apartment. It was delivered on October 31. Everything was correct upon receiving the apartment; everything was in order. After 30 days, the deposit was not returned, just pure excuses. On the 47th day, they deducted €500 from the deposit to pay for a door that was never claimed to be missing and sent me a quote, not an invoice. A complete rip-off. Scammers. I am considering reporting them to the authorities. I do not recommend them.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy muy mala sobre todo con Tony, no cogían el telefono, no devolvian las llamadas, no contestaban. Muy mal servicio, De verdad que parecen muy majos pero son unos sinvergüenzas. Con todas la imoviñarias que hay en la zona si podeis no lo hagais con ellos y sobre todo con Tony

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia. Únicamente atienden a los intereses de los caseros, aun que el que paga sea el inquilino. En mi caso, incluso, tapando temas de deudas con Hacienda por parte de los dueños de la vivienda; estaba embargada por Hacienda por impago e intentaron echarme de forma inmediata e ilegal llamándome Irene en persona y contándome una historia familiar completamente falsa. Así podían seguir esquivando esa deuda los dueños. No lo recomiendo, al menos de cara a los inquilinos.
