Negative experience: A nightmare! One can hardly do worse and more useless: more than 6 months to buy a parking space, in the end at double the price displayed in the ad; everything is done to discourage you and make you lose your deposit of 3000 euros! Once the property is finally purchased, another 6 months to wait because the agency is unable to provide the key or the remote for the parking, and the space is already occupied by a car, without Cecilio doing anything about it either! Avelino and Jeffrey are as incompetent as they are unpleasant...

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give any. As of today, and after almost a year since the sale of my apartment, I have not received the deeds or the corresponding invoices for the sale, having to put the matter in the hands of my lawyer, who has made countless calls and sent several burofaxes without getting any response from them. A provision of funds was left for them to make the payment to the registry, municipal capital gains tax, cancellation... Without having the certainty that they have made those payments and without knowing what they have done with that money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY AT ALL, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Negative experience: Terrible professionalism, not to say nonexistent, after more than a year and a half since the sale of an apartment, they still haven't resolved the pending problems and payments. Where is that money from the provision of funds? Where are the payment invoices? Where is that money? 'NOT RECOMMENDABLE'

Negative experience: Very, very bad experience. They sold our apartment, we deposited money for a provision of funds for them to make various payments on our behalf (notary, registry, mortgage cancellation, capital gain...). As of today, almost a year and a half later, they have not sent us an invoice for anything at all, we don’t even have certainty that those expenses have been paid. They don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to WhatsApp messages, don’t return calls, nor reply to the two certified letters sent by our lawyer requesting the invoices. What has happened to our money? Have they made the payments? I repeat, very, very, very bad experience, think twice before trusting them.

Tuve un problema legal a la hora de la compra de una vivienda y no me dejaron sola ni un momento, consiguiendo al fin la resolución positiva a mi favor en el tiempo estipulado.
