Negative experience: It has been a pleasure to have Laura as a real estate agent. Despite all the problems caused by her client, she knew what to do at all times. It is a shame that people who only think about money and try to hold back deposits and bills tarnish the image and work of professionals like her. Menorca is losing its great appeal because of people who list their apartments at outrageous prices. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience due to a landlord who, for a year, without causing any problems, withheld our deposit for longer than the maximum stipulated time. To make matters worse, we had to pay a utility bill for a month in which we had already signed the termination contract beforehand. It is because of these things that the image of a ten-rated real estate agency gets tarnished. I hope this does not happen again with this same owner.
