Negative experience: Escribo porque estuve en una casa alquilada hace poco y la experiencia fue bastante mala. El váter se atascó durante 4 días siendo 7 en el apartamento. Si le preguntáis a Pepi os mentirá diciendo que éramos 20 para limpiar la imagen de su inmobiliaria, igual que mintió cuando íbamos a salir del apartamento diciendo que el horno estaba quemado para no devolver la fianza (volvimos a la casa y le demostramos que no lo estaba). No me gusta escribir estas cosas, pero no tolero que después de una mala experiencia encima se nos llame mentirosos.

Negative experience: Dejad de mentir y de timar a la gente, te respondo por aqui porque no me deja responderte en mi reseña, no eramos 20 en la casa, eramos los que decía el contrato, 7. Ademas, nos dijeron que quemamos el horno, y el horno cuando llegamos daba literalmente asco de como estaba y muchas cosas estropeadas o en mal estado, entre ellas un vater para 7 personas que tardaron en arreglar 4dias… Yo buscaría otra inmobiliaria si quieren alquilar en La Antilla, la cantidad de valoraciones negativa que tiene os deben decir algo.

Negative experience: Experiencia nefasta con esta inmobiliaria, le pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner cero. Alquilamos un piso para un mes de vacaciones, el cual, siendo sincera, nos salió muy barato (que no regalado). Vimos el piso el día que fuimos a reservarlo, una visita breve en la cual pensamos, lo limpiarán antes de que vayamos (lo apartamos en mayo y fuimos en septiembre). Si digo que el piso estaba súper sucio me quedo corta, allí no había suciedad de un mes ni dos, si no de años. La cocina grasienta, las sartenes negras y ralladas, el techo de uno de los baños con moho y el extractor roto y lleno de pelusas, algunos de los enchufes se salían de la pared, las cortinas sucias y rotas, las almohadas con cercos amarillos, el microondas salpicado entero por dentro, el arriate de una de las ventanas llenas de pañuelos de papel y colillas...podría seguir y no terminaría. La primera semana me la pasé entera limpiando, hasta las cortinas las lavé y las cosi porque yo no podía vivir un mes entre tanta cochambre. Una de las cisternas se rompió (vinieron a arreglarla el mismo día) y ya el remate fue el tema del gas...te dan las bombonas con cuentagotas. Cuando llegamos había una bombona puesta y otra gastada. Avisé a la inmobiliaria y me dijo que no me preocupase que seguramente habría bombona de sobra...a los 3 días se acabó la bombona casi a las 21:00 de la noche, le avisé y me dijo que hasta el día siguiente no había bombona. Después de insistirle me la acabo trayendo...pero a los 22 días se volvió a terminar (un termo que nadie nos explico cómo funcionaba y o bien te achicharrabas con el agua o te congelabas), la avise a las 10:30 de la mañana y no me trajo la bombona hasta las 22:05 de la noche!! Después de llamarla varias veces insistiéndole que por favor no teníamos agua caliente y venga a decirme que si, que me la traeria, que si, que ya la estaba descargando... Les avisamos varios días antes de que nos íbamos el domingo después de desayunar y me dijeron que estarían allí hasta la 13:00 para dejarles la llave. A las 12:20 fuimos a la inmobiliaria y estaba cerrada, tuvimos que llamarla y nos dijo que por problemas familiares no había podido ir, que dejáramos las llaves en el buzón del local. Supongo que no quería vernos las caras después de la gestión tan nefasta que han tenido. En fin, un despropósito tras otro. En la vida vuelvo a alquilar con ellos, les dejé el piso 20 veces más limpio de lo que estaba. Parece que se dedican a alquilar las viviendas que otras inmobiliarias no quieren. No le recomiendo a nadie que haga ningún trámite con esta inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Hello, I would like to let you know how bad this agency is, here is my explanation: 1. The keys were supposed to be delivered at 12, and they gave them to us at 2 something. 2. The agency representatives didn't even know where or what the apartment we rented was called. 3. There were 8 cleaners cleaning a small apartment (very little resemblance to the one they showed us in photos, they didn't even show it) and when we entered there were several things not working like the dishwasher, stove... and there was a lot of dust and dirt, and it smelled horrible; there wasn't any basic utensil (dishcloth, toilet paper...) 4. They treat you like a fool when you call to ask for the other copy of the keys and on top of that, they don't even pick up the phone; do they want to repair everything when you’re on vacation? It's embarrassing, they are the ones who should take care of it, not the people who are going to spend a few days on vacation. 5. The keys wouldn’t open properly due to the many copies they must have made. 6. The last times I called, they said they were busy but they did respond to messages and gave very bad responses that didn’t solve anything. 7. The closet was disgusting, just like the pillows and mattresses. 8. They treat you like an idiot and ignore you; they just want to make money and not solve anything or make your stay as comfortable as possible. In conclusion, they put on a good face to collect money, but afterwards they mock you and nothing is as they paint it; don’t fall into their trap, they have no shame.

Negative experience: Good afternoon, do you dream of buying a beach house to enjoy with your family? Have you made sacrifices to fulfill your dream? If so, DO NOT SEARCH HERE. This story IS REAL. In March, we started looking for a house around the La Antilla area. We have a common dream, which is to have a beach residence to enjoy with family, and who knows, maybe live there someday. We entered this "real estate agency," and I put that in quotes because there is no name for this company. At first, everything was great and perfect. PEPI TENORIO, the owner, manager, or person in charge of this "company," showed us the house on the same day we visited, and everything was wonderful and perfect. We liked the house and decided to start the process to get it. Thanks to our advisor María, a professional like no other, we secured financing. We paid for the appraisal, 400 EUROS. At the end of June, we signed the contract with the bank. And now comes the best part, months later, with our advisor needing to visit the real estate agency several times to find out what was happening with the simple note to be able to sign before a notary, it turns out that it is not registered with the last seller, nor are there pending procedures to resolve it. So now we find ourselves not knowing if the seller really wants to sell, what the situation of the house is, and PEPI just washes her hands of it. Are you going to pay us back those 400€ for the appraisal? Where is professionalism and formality? The worst real estate agency we have come across without a doubt, with EVERYTHING DONE and we have NOTHING. There are not enough words to describe how we feel, a job thrown overboard, some procedures, travels, lost money. I hope you gain some conscience and have the decency and shame to face it and solve the situation. DO NOT EVEN PASS THROUGH THE DOOR!

Negative experience: Terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They paint everything very nicely and then you find something else. Every time I had a new problem with the apartment, they washed their hands of it with excuses, then they wouldn't answer the phone.

Negative experience: I tell my experience so that it doesn't catch you by surprise like it did me. At least when I make the delivery, they should give me the keys in the apartment before paying anything. We were recommended, we looked for an apartment with a good bed to sleep, a good shower, and a washing machine... Because we were going to eat on the street and the day at the beach. When we arrived at the real estate agency, Pepi and Mari Carmen, my first impression was two charming women. We arrived at the apartment, the bedroom window had been hit by a stone which couldn't be closed, they were drinking right below and urinating. Imagine the noise and stench. We couldn't sleep in the double bed... We moved on to the second option, a sofa bed. The foam was rotten... The springs were broken, we had to put a piece of wood underneath. When I went to wash clothes, it didn't work, I informed them and they treated me like a fool as if I don’t do laundry daily with 3 kids and being 40 years old. I realized the washing machine issue on the fourth day of my stay, and it didn't come until the second day after I reported it, one day of laundry wasted. The window never got fixed; I believe they didn’t even have insurance... They did nothing to resolve it. We were more tactful with her out of respect and education for people that I do not recommend, but she is a scoundrel. She kept the money having rented an apartment with hidden damages. In other words, a swindler. Because if I lived here, I would take her to court.

Fantastic experience: Exquisite treatment from Pepi. Whenever we have had any problem, she has solved it immediately. If anything is missing from the house, she provides it. If the pillows are bad, she replaces them with new ones. When the gas bottle runs out, you just have to notify her and they send it over. Our water heater broke, and they fixed it the same day. I can't find any faults; we understand that many of us pass through the apartments and things get damaged. We will definitely come back another year. Thank you for making our vacation more pleasant.

Fantastic experience: We are delighted with Pepi. Last summer was the first time we rented from them for the month of August and everything went very well. This summer we have repeated with them and we are super happy with the house and the service received. The house meets all the expectations they promised us.

Negative experience: Everything was shameful, we arrived and the floor was dirty, the pillows had to be thrown away, the sofa covers were dirty, the kitchenware and the hood were also dirty, the sofas hadn't even been moved and the television was covered in a layer of dust, and to make matters worse, after a whole day wasted, the heater was broken and it couldn't be fixed until 10:00 PM. In short, I would not repeat with them.

Negative experience: We arrived and they changed the apartment we had reserved for two months. They made us wait outside from eleven in the morning until five in the afternoon, telling us that they were cleaning it. When we entered, the apartment was unacceptable. Terrible conditions, no hygiene. The person in charge did not take responsibility and we had to clean it ourselves. I cannot give it a lower rating because I can't.

Negative experience: 1 star because I can't give zero. We rented an apartment months ago for July 1st and the apartment was dirty, it hadn’t been cleaned, the water heater didn't work, the beds and sofa covers were dirty and they had to bring new pillows. On top of that, they complain because it's not their responsibility when we hired them and paid for their supposed management. It's shameful, plus we lost a whole day of vacation.

Fantastic experience: We have always received a friendly, close, and collaborative treatment with the customer at Costaluz. The staff, led by Pepi, the director of the real estate agency, is great.

Fantastic experience: I love it!! One of the best real estate agencies I've been to, if not the best. The woman who assists you is really nice and helps you find what you want. Highly recommended to go, I found the apartment I wanted for the last 8 months.

Negative experience: El teléfono que aparece siempre está apagado y no consigo hablar con la muchacha de la inmobiliaria después de hablarme ella por WhatsApp para enseñarme un piso que estoy interesada no me responde, informalidad pura y dura.

Negative experience: Si pudiera le daba menos nota, fue administradora de nuestra urbanización, y básicamente se trata de una persona informal y que toma a la gente por tonto, haciéndote ver lo blanco negro. Mejor ni pasar por la puerta.

Positive experience: buena gente pero,no tiene control de las llaves de los apartamentos las tiene en una caja de plástico todas las llaves juntas,vamos un caos un desastre

Negative experience: Nada conforme, después de lo que se paga por ello que te encuentres con muchas deficiencias, los menajes de cocina para tirarlos todos, la taza del vater rota, el cabecero de la cama se nos caía encima todas las noches no había pinzas para tender la ropa ni trapos de cocina, bueno no acabaría de contar cosas. No recomiendo ni la casa adosada de Golf Mar Nº 11,ni la Agencia pues le pedí varias veces tazas de desayuno que tampoco había e hicieron oídos sordos,vamos todo penoso

Positive experience: El trato bueno, pude ver como hay clientes que repiten, la organización entre las limpiadoras puede mejorar pues llegamos y no tenían listo el apartamento, pero la chica de la inmobiliaria nos dejó salir por la tarde para compensarlo

Negative experience: Peor imposible, alquilamos por teléfono y de las fotos que nos mandaron, nada nada nada que ver con la realidad, piso sucio, viejiiisimo, en la cocina te podías quedar pegada, sin limpiar, el cubo de basura lleno, las camas solo con el colchon, almohadas en unas si y en otras no y sucias y la señora de la agencia nada profesional. Me imagino que cuando una empresa vende productos lo hace con unos mínimos de calidad y garantías para el cliente.

Negative experience: Me ofrecieron piso con piscina a la que nunca pude acceder por problemas con el propietario y lo peor no me solucionaron nada el piso super sucio , no repetire mas seguro.

Fantastic experience: Perfecto trato y atendimiento personalizado 100%. Me sentí como en casa y disfrute de unas vacaciones autenticas. Volveré sin duda.
