Negative experience: Everything was perfect for the rental. When we left, they charged us a cleaning fee of hundreds of euros one month after returning the apartment, of course without any proof. (I recommend checking the contracts carefully.) Even though we had cleaned (I have lived in different countries and apartments, even in Valencia, and have never had an issue; in fact, we are tenants who always leave the place better than we found it). We even had insurance that included cleaning in case it was needed, but they used our deposit. (Just something to keep in mind)
