Fantastic experience: A very nice, recently renovated apartment on the first line of the coast. Great deal. The woman at the agency was very kind and helpful, but she struggled to communicate in English. The apartment was clean and ready. There was a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Free parking was available in the building. Two elevators ran quite quickly. The apartment was quite quiet, although I don't know how it was during peak season, as we stayed in mid-October. My only complaint was the lack of coat hooks by the front door. Other than that, I thought it was great. Bardzo fajny dość niedawno odnowiony apartament w pierwszej lini brzegowej. Świetna sprawa. Pani w agencji bardzo miła i pomocna lecz miała problem aby porozumiewać się po angielsku. Apartament był wysprzątany i gotowy. Suszarka, żelazko do prasowania wraz z blatem do prasowania. Bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe pod blokiem. Dwie windy które dość szybko jeździły. Apartament dość cichy, chociaż nie wiem jak nam się to w sezonie ponieważ my byliśmy w połowie października. Do czego mogłem się przyczepić to brak wieszaków na kurtkę przy drzwiach wejściowych :). Poza tym uważam że było super.

Positive experience: The apartment in Rocomaura II has a nice size, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a great sea view from the balcony. Unfortunately, the beds are not very comfortable and there is only one bedroom with a double bed, otherwise just single beds. The dishwasher in the kitchen was completely calcified, as apparently, salt is never refilled. Therefore, the dishwasher could not be used. Other tenants had already bought a space for manual washing as a precaution. The washing machine has a leak and overflowed during use, fortunately only a little. The staff at the agency were partially very unfriendly. Clean bed linen was only obtained after several inquiries.

Negative experience: They put my house up for sale without my agreement. They are thugs.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic vacation. Flexible arrival and departure were possible without issues. Unfortunately, we had a few complaints after arrival, including about the air conditioning. These were resolved very quickly and professionally the next morning! There can always be something wrong, but it’s about how you handle it. Very satisfied with the solution provided. We stayed in the Catalonia apartment, somewhat outdated, but the place is really great. Definitely a recommendation.

Negative experience: Not a serious agency. They offer goods at a price and once you are interested they tell you that if you want to buy it, you will have to pay more!

Fantastic experience: Great service. We always enjoy our vacations without worries when booking with Agencia Garganta. The apartments are comfortable, safe, very close to the beach, and the condominium pool is ideal. Parking is private. The location of the apartments is central. You cross the street and you are at the beach, you can stay at the condominium pool and enjoy just as well, or you can walk along the promenade or the pier and calmly head to the town center. The condominium has a soccer field and tennis court, and for the little ones, a small playground. For us, it's perfect!

Positive experience: The service was very good, and the apartment we rented was really perfect: beachfront, spacious, and well-equipped... Small details to improve, such as the clothes drying rack that needs replacing, a lack of kitchen utensils, or some broken floor tiles that can be a concern with children. Apart from that, a great find! We will definitely repeat.

Negative experience: No muy buen trato , de echo pésimo , teníamos olor en las tuberías y la casa olía fatal se lo comentamos a la persona encargada En lis 15 días de estancia nos hizo caso omiso , ni lo reparo , ni tan siquiera una llamada de interés , no lo recomiendo para nada El parking que alquilamos por dos veces ocupado por otro vehículo, su respuesta que aparcáramos en una plaza de un local Ni un triste trapo de limpieza , ni útil en el apartamento ni siquiera un rollo de papel de vater Y te piden que les dejes el apartamento limpio teniendo que comprar todos los útiles En fin Lo cierto es que no volveremos con esta agencia y que no es nada recomendable No le doy a ninguna por que no se puede

Fantastic experience: Vraiment content de notre séjour à la résidence le Catalonia ! Appartement parfait !! L agence Garganta est très sérieuse !! Nous n avons pas pu venir l’année dernière à cause du covid nous avons annulé 7 jours avant et malgré ça ils ont gardé notre avoir pour l année suivante c’est à dire cette année !! Très sympa je recommande !!!!!
