Negative experience: Este verano estuvimos alojados con esta agencia y el pisos estaba muy mal, el aire acondicionat no funcionava bien y la agencia no nos dio solucion a los problemas ocurridos. No volveremos a alquilar con ellos!!!

Negative experience: Aquest estiu hem llogat un apartament amb aquesta immobiliaria i hem de dir que no estem contents. L'apartament no estava ben adequat, l'aire acondicionat no funcionava bé i la immobiliaria no ens va donar cap solució. Un servei molt dolent i lamentable.

Negative experience: Prendre rendez-vous pour visiter un bien en vente dans plusieurs agences de la ville, se déplacer et constater qu'il n'est plus à vendre , c'est plutôt décevant. Il aurait fallu téléphoner aux propriétaires avant de faire déplacer les clients. Cela manque de sérieux ou alors c'est une stratégie pour montrer d'autres biens?

TENIA UNA RESERVA HECHA PARA ESTE VERANO, Y RESULTA QUE ME HE CAIDO, ROTO EL PERONÉ, ME HAN OPERADO, Y NO ME QUIEREN DEVOLVER LA RESERVA, PORQUE DICEN QUE FIRMÉ QUE SI CANCELABA EN UN PLAZO INFERIOR A 8 SEMANAS ANTES DE ENTRAR EN LA CASA, NO ME DEVOLVÍAN NADA! . RESULTA QUE ESTO ES FUERZA MAYOR (COMO IBA YO A SABER QUE ME IBA A CAER 15 DIAS ANTES Y QUE ME IBAN A OPERAR). LA FUERZA MAYOR ESTÁ CONTEMPLADA COMO REEMBOLSO TOTAL, PERO ELLOS NO QUIEREN. HE PUESTO UNA RECLAMACION PUBLICA EN LA OCU, QUE PODEÍS SEGUIR, PARA VER QUE ESTO ES CIERTO. TIENEN BUENAS PROPIEDADES, PERO MUY POCA CONSIDERACIÓN, Y NO SE AJUSTAN A LA LEY EN ESTOS CASOS.
