Negative experience: Personale molto maleducato, incapace ..a una telefonata, come si può vedere in altra lingua mi ha detto veloce per favore il tutto nel chiedere appartamento da affittare

Negative experience: poco profesional el gerente de Estirpe como administrador de fincas, solo quiere cobrar por no hacer nada y que no le molesten. Desde los puntos de vista técnico y de gestión de proyectos un cero a la izquierda. La propiedad tiene que encargarse de todo. No recomendable incluso ni regalado.

Fantastic experience: Todo perfecto. Les compré una vivienda y me trataron de manera inmejorable. También me ayudaron a pagar todos los impuestos relacionados con la compra venta. No vivo en Cullera y ellos se encargaron de todo. En cuanto a su comisión, igual que todos, excepto una que aún quería 1.000 € más. Los recomiendo.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of shameless people. They don't solve any community-related problems. They have nice words, but they don't act on anything. I've been waiting for 4 years for them to fix a problem, and every day they respond with the same thing: 'this is being handled by Carmen, she will call you when she can.' (It means, she will never do it.)

They are very attentive on the phone to schedule a visit to the apartments, and during the visits, they explain everything and talk to you about the surroundings, etc. I don't understand the negative reviews they have because they are really very kind. 100% recommended.

Negative experience: They are a bunch of unprofessional people, lacking professionalism and commitment to their clients. Especially manager Rubén and his colleague Carmen. After more than a week talking to them about the acquisition of a parking space and chasing them to return calls and let them know to make a reservation for the purchase, and telling us that it was not necessary, we agreed on a date to meet in their office, we arrived and they told us that they didn’t know how to say it and that they felt bad, but that they had already sold it. Definitely disappointing.

Negative experience: After visiting the property, I called about ten times over the course of a month to request some information. I am still waiting. I don't know if their properties are not actually for sale and it's a scam or if they are simply the worst real estate agency I have come across. No interest in selling and they provide unclear information.

Negative experience: Siniestro con Zurich hace muchos meses. La atención de la persona encargada de los seguros en la inmobiliaria....ES PESIMA . El servicio PESIMO actualmente está con fecha de resolución para final de mes después de muchas quejas. Espero lo hagan ya que hace unas semanas me dijeron que estaba hecho siendo mentira.Si lo sabré yo que era mi casa.

Negative experience: Fatal! La chica de seguros y q te atiende no tiene ni idea de seguros y trata fatal a la gente mayor. Para nada recomendable.. es un desastre cómo gestiona!
