Negative experience: IF YOU GO THERE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU, THEY SHOW YOU PHOTOS AND THEN IT'S A DISASTER WHEN YOU GET THERE. IT IS MANDATORY TO SHOW THE APARTMENT. TEN YEARS WITHOUT FAILING AND THIS YEAR THEY HAVE CHEATED US. WHAT A DISASTER OF A VACATION. I WON'T COME BACK.
Lamento que no les gustara el piso , está en primera linea con muy buenas vistas . Después de 10 años con nosotros es la primera vez que a tenido un problema y se lo hemos solucinado lo antes posible . Que se rompa la cerradura no es culpa nuestra , hicimos todo lo necesario para que se solucionara en el mismo día . En ningún momento se le ha engañado , las fotos son las del apartamento , son actuales. Además de darle nuestro teléfono personal por si le pasaba algo ya que es una persona mayor , no entiendo tanto malestar , ya que se le a tratado con mucha amabilidad.

Negative experience: BE VERY CAREFUL! We asked them to give us the simple note of a property to apply for the mortgage, and they keep delaying but encourage us to apply while they possess it. In total, we do all the paperwork, and in the end, when we already knew they were going to give it to us, we called Arantxa, and she tells us it's reserved already, when she told us that she would notify us about anything so we could reserve it ourselves before. Terrible management and it smells like a scam.
Buenos dias , nosotros solictámos la nota simple al Registro . En esos dias el propietario vendió el apartamento , por eso le llamamos para avisarle que no siguiera con el tramite . Hubieramos estado encantados de venderle el apartamento.
Negative experience: ZERO STARS - THE WORST OF THE WORST, THEY RENT ANY JUNK JUST TO MAKE MONEY - DO NOT RENT WITHOUT SEEING THE APARTMENT FIRST, THEY CAN RUIN YOUR SUMMER, AND THE BEST PART IS THAT THEY ALWAYS THINK THEY ARE RIGHT - DISASTROUS RESPONSE TO WHAT THE REAL ESTATE AGENT SAID: -WE WENT MORE THAN 8 TIMES IN AUGUST TO COMPLAIN AND YOU JUST LAUGHED AT US -IF ANYONE WANTS PHOTOS OF THE APARTMENT, DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK ME SO THEY CAN SEE THE WONDER OF THE APARTMENT -I DO NOT NEED MY VACATION TO BE FREE, YOU ARE THE ONES WHO RENT ANY JUNK AND WASH YOUR HANDS OF IT, AND AS I SAID BEFORE, "YOU ALWAYS THINK YOU ARE RIGHT"
El apartamento que usted alquiló estaba en perfectas condiciones . Si no le gustaba cuando entro no se tenia la obligación de permanecer en el mismo y despues de haber disfrutado todo el mes de Agosto , volver el 15 de Septiembre a reclamar el importe del alquiler para que le salieran las vacaciones gratis .
