Fantastic experience: Ya tuve la ocasión de tratar con Housing hace seis años, con Miguel Ángel y Pepe, en la vente de otro piso que fue excelentemente bien. En esta nueva operación, igual, un trato inmejorable y con la misma calidad que la que me esperaba. Fantastic experience: They do what the rest of the real estate agencies I have interviewed do not: they finished some loose ends (including renovating a bathroom where they changed the floors, painted the tiles, and even changed the interior drain of a bathtub, having to break and reinstall tiles) that were left pending when my contractor disappeared (once he got paid, of course). They offered to take care of the cleaning of the site since the contractor left it very dirty, collected furniture, belongings, moved sofas, tables, etc. to make a very professional photo report, and finally made a delivery (almost a move) to a storage room (even though the elevator broke that day and they took everything down the stairs). And they did all this without charging more than their usual fees, which by the way were the same as the other real estate agencies I interviewed. They did everything they promised (which is rare these days). Finally, I would like to highlight one person from this good team: Beatriz. Since I was having a lumbago attack and immobilized on the beach, she went to two banks in person with an authorization signed by me online, used her contacts to solve a problem with a registry cancellation from a bank that no longer exists, and if it weren't for her, I don't know if the sale could have taken place at least respecting the dates of the deposits. Negative experience: We are quite disappointed. We bought the refurbished apartment from Housin less than a year ago, and we are already having significant problems with dampness. The expert has confirmed to us that the cause is the poor renovation conducted, which surprises us because when they sold us the apartment, they assured us that the renovation had been done thoroughly and with very good materials. Now, after just a few months since the purchase, we will have to make a considerable outlay to solve the issue.

Negative experience: We rented an apartment through them and the management couldn't have been worse. We rented the apartment without even seeing the storage room because the real estate agent who assisted us, Alejandro, didn't know where it was, and the icing on the cake was the following: This coincided with vacations and stories, and we were out of Seville. We agreed on a day for the signing with Alejandro, which happened to be the day we returned to Seville to go to the doctor, and we were leaving again the next day. He told us it was no problem: he would arrange for the landlord to meet us that day. The day before the signing, I sent a WhatsApp to confirm the time of the appointment for the next day and he didn't respond, I called him, and he didn't answer, so I called the agency directly and here comes the issue: This man had gone on vacation and hadn't organized the signing or anything, and the last thing he told us was that the appointment was confirmed. He left everything hanging, without notifying us and went on vacation... He never kept us informed about the situation, and my partner and I were waiting for a call that was never going to come... in short, the customer service was not the best, but at least we got the apartment we wanted.
