Positive experience: positiv: u.a. super Lage, schöne Wohnung, alles was man braucht war da; super schnelle abwicklung auch vor Ort. negativ: leider zuerst müsste wir die Teller, Tassen und Besteck usw. sauber machen; die spülmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

Negative experience: El apartamento en Montgo está muy bien ubicado y es muy comodo. lástima que a menudo huela mal, como a cloaca. Debe ser que creo que hay una depuradora cerca… Vacay, Como agencia, al principio todo fue genial, pero al recoger nos olvidamos el interior de un armario. Antes de que pasaran dos horas, contacté con la agencia, pidiendo que me lo guardaran que en un par de semanas subía de nuevo a L’Escala. Contestaron con un ok. Pero nunca más se supo… y lo que había en el armario se lo quedaron. Lástima que por una acción poco empatica con el el cliente, queden tan mal… apartamento Mila.

Fantastic experience: Hemos pasado unas vacaciones increíbles en L’Escala gracias a IMMO PRESTIGE | VACAY. Era nuestra primera vez en esta zona y alquilamos una casa que superó nuestras expectativas. La vivienda era preciosa, muy bien cuidada y con un mobiliario acogedor y de gran calidad. La terraza con piscina era un auténtico lujo, con espacios amplios y perfectamente mantenidos. Hemos estado en muchas casas por la Costa Brava, pero esta sin duda ha sido de las mejores, sobre todo por lo bien cuidada que estaba. El personal fue magnífico, muy profesional y amable en todo momento. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer día. Sin duda, queremos volver y recomendamos esta agencia al 100%. ¡Gracias por todo!

Negative experience: We stayed two nights in an apartment in l’Escala, near Cala Montgó. I don’t know where to start. Upon arrival, the apartment had a bad smell and as you entered, you could see the extent of the tragedy. Hair on the sheets and in the bathtub, a collection of mosquitoes splattered against the walls in all the rooms along with other sticky things on them. The included amenities like the hairdryer were missing. The dishes had food remnants and the furniture was greasy. The shelf had two fingers of dust (literally). The terrace had three fingers of beach sand. It was all very creepy. The thing is, we wrote via WhatsApp, emailed, and called, and no one bothered to respond or provide explanations; however, today at check-out they were in a hurry (10 am) and rushed us because they were short on time. Now, if I can, I’ll attach everything so you can see. It’s the robbery of the summer, 600 euros, and it made me very uncomfortable to stay there. Go to a hotel instead. NEVER AGAIN. I can’t attach the photo, but if anyone has doubts, I have no problem showing the maximum mess.

Positive experience: Very beautiful house with pool, tennis court, children's games, and petanque court. Quiet and secure place. 13 minutes on foot from the first beach. Rooms: Spacious rooms with ceiling fan and wardrobe. A wall-mounted air conditioning would be a plus since it's very hot. Security: Secure residence with gate and badge.

Fantastic experience: Exemplary contact with the landlord Deklà, you are kept very well informed, I found everything immediately, landlord Deklà is always reachable via WhatsApp. I found the apartment just as shown in the pictures and described in the text, everything was present, kitchen with all conceivable dishes, kitchen utensils, and pots/pans, simply everything available. Close to the beach yet located on a quiet side street. I can gladly recommend the apartment and can give a FiveStar ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! For us (couple) a 5-star experience. The villa is spacious and truly equipped with all necessities. We were especially pleased with the location of the villa. The location is very central, so it's close to all the different beaches, restaurants, etc. And yet very quietly located. Being on the ground floor was a plus for us. A large beautiful well-kept garden with a pleasant swimming pool. There are different seating options in the garden, allowing you to choose throughout the day whether you want to stay in the sun or shade. And plenty of privacy. Inside the villa, the furniture is not necessarily luxurious, but it is neat and equipped with all conveniences. Plenty of storage space, washing machine, dishwasher, cookware in abundance. Nice TV with Netflix in case it rains. The beds are comfortable. We were 2 and on some days 3. But even with 6 people there is enough space. A big plus is the service! F. and M. de Jong Nearby activities: There are plenty of activities in the area to see or undertake. We were unable to do that due to circumstances. But staying alone in this place is also a recommendation. The beaches are well-maintained and clean. Safety: The villa is well secured and quietly located. You can park your car on your own closed property. Walkability: Supermarket, boardwalk, bakery, restaurant about within 1 km! Food and drink: It is nice to stay on the Riells boardwalk for a drink or tapas. And don’t forget the lovely shops. For dining, we recommend the restaurants near Platja Montgo: Can Miquel, Marokko, la Cala cal pep. Important details: Our tip, late May, early June, or September, October. You enjoy the nice weather, but without the biggest crowds. Booking directly with the agency is much cheaper and definitely worth it.

Fantastic experience: Reliable agency. Very welcoming staff. They are very attentive. They propose partners for activities to do during your stay. Pleasant pool terrace for breakfast and meals. Lack of sunbeds for the pool is a shame. Bunk beds for kids are great, but the adult room bed is a bit small for two adults. Otherwise, the rest of the services are up to par. The residence is not large, which is a plus to avoid too many people. The beach is not nearby, but by car it remains reasonable. The neighborhood is quiet. Small open parking lot that avoids leaving the car in front of the residence on the street. My children loved the stay. My daughter had the pool all to herself for a moment of happiness. I recommend this agency for your stay. The smile and welcome are on point. It’s a pleasure and they listen to requests. Very responsive on WhatsApp to exchange before and after our arrival. Rooms: Children’s rooms with bunk beds ideal for my twins. Charming adult room but the bed a bit small for my partner and me. It allows for a close night together. Security: Gated residence with a key. Small open parking for cars, but not on the street.

Fantastic experience: The house is wonderfully located and well equipped! The kitchen is great and there is even (for those who need it on vacation) an ironing board with an iron! The view from the slightly covered rooftop terrace is fantastic and has made breakfast enjoyable every morning! However, you should really be fit since the house is spread over 7 levels! But it is worth it! We felt very comfortable! Security: lockable grilles on the front door and on the rooftop terrace! Walkability: ideally located for shopping (2 supermarkets) a maximum of 5 minutes on foot and just as short to the beach... although you also have to deal with stairs here! We walked about 20 minutes to the 'small town' and it takes double the time to reach the large harbor.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied, both with the apartment and the service, especially from Mrs. Montse, good communication during the booking and a very friendly welcome, everything was facilitated at check-in and check-out. The apartment is large and comfortable (duplex, each double room), bathrooms and kitchen in good condition (fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle..). The terrace wraps around and has a very nice sea view part. Cala e Riells, one of the widest, is 2' away, just around the corner, with the old part a 10-15' walk along the seaside. There are all types of services, shops, and restaurants very close (supermarket, bakery, sports, etc).

Fantastic experience: Beautiful well-maintained house located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, close to L'Escala beach and the nature reserve. The pool is large and very well maintained. Very good welcome and follow-up by the Immo Prestige team. In summary, a very good address.

Positive experience: Accommodation located in a quiet area between riels and montgo about 15 min. 5 min from a pebble beach. The residence is clean and secure. The pool is cleaned every day (a lot of chlorine). Residence is quite quiet and family-friendly. Accommodation is a bit dated (kitchen and bedding/sofa), the TV doesn't work, and there's only one fan for three rooms with no wifi. But everything is functional and very practical, including the washing machine. The balcony is well oriented, shaded from noon onwards. Very good contact with the agency, which is very responsive.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic place and the service is top-notch. We arrived at 1 PM, about 4 hours before check-in, and we just wanted to find out when they opened. A sweet young woman opened the door (she had apparently seen us) and provided us with great service and keys. The place is super cozy, close to the beach and with tomatoes in the garden.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely first class service: I have used the Immo Prestige Agency twice now at the height of the season and in the off season staying in apartments. In particular the Punta Romana apartment offered spectacular views in a perfectly placed location, the service received from the team and the owner Montserrat was unique in my experience. The top service level initiates from initial contact all the way to checkout. Arriving by unconventional means and timing (bicycle from UK) was no problem for Montserrat, who kept me updated by WhatsApp and even arranged early check in on the day, a welcome surprise after a 1000km bike ride!! Both apartments were spotlessly clean with some extras included to get started, washing up etc. Finally Montserrat and the team went above and beyond in helping with logistics getting back to Barcelona Airport. Nothing is too much for them, just ask. I’ve booked to go back in July 2023

Fantastic experience: Nous venons de passer 15 jours très agréables à la villa Cami que nous a proposée l’agence Immo Prestige ; cette agence est particulièrement disponible et efficace et la charmante Monserat parle très bien le français. Les informations données sont justes et tout les fait pour faciliter notre séjour. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses et la maison est globalement plaisante et moderne. Nous n’avons que très peu mangé sur place mais rien ne manque dans les services et ustensiles de cuisine. La wifi et la tv française existent Le quartier est calme et à 500 m de la plage. Mais surtout une grande piscine est entourée de mobilier moderne et confortable permet le fare niente sur place. Nous reviendrons sûrement
