Habiendo estado buscando piso casi medio año, y haberme topado con inmobiliarias como Alquiler Seguro, Tranquiler, Alquiler Plus y otras que condicionan la visita al compromiso del pago de una mensualidad +IVA aparte para ellos , cómo inquilina, desconozco si a su vez cobrarán al propietario también, tuve la suerte, gracias a Dios, de encontrar un aviso de Élite Inmobiliaria. Me hicieron la visita al piso que finalmente es donde estoy ahora, no hubo ningún cobro extra, amabilísimas , correctas y siempre atentas y dispuestas a resolver incluso las dudas en cuanto a la zona después de terminar la contratación, vamos, encantada, recomiendo está inmobiliaria

Tiene usted mucha razón y lo sentimos, pero de momento y para nuestra satisfacción y la de los clientes que han comprado o vendido con nosotros se ha vendido casi todo y lo nuevo que va entrando tardamos muy poco en venderlo, de hecho estamos a la espera de que nos entren más viviendas poder renovar la página, también es verdad que tenemos pisos que ni siquiera nos da tiempo a subirlos a la web porque tenemos bastantes clientes en cartera y cuando nos entra algo es a los primeros que llamamos y se venden sin dar tiempo a publicarlos. De todos modos si usa el buscador y los filtros le será menos molesto porque solo le saldrán los disponibles que cumplan esos requisitos de búsqueda. O también puede subscribirse en la web y le llegaran al correo cada piso que entre nuevo y será de las primeras en enterarse o dejarnos su tlf y preferencias y en cuanto nos entre algo la avisaríamos. Negative experience: I just spoke with a lady (miss) who, when talking about the management of the fees charged by the real estate agency she works for, was very rude, didn't let the client (in this case me) speak, and lost a potential sale due to her brusqueness, bad manners, and lack of respect. If a client asks for the reason for the fee charges, one shouldn't lose their manners, one should speak and let the other person (in this case me) speak. I don't know what this real estate agency is like, but I wouldn't recommend it, simply because of the treatment received.

Imagínese que luchamos la oferta con el propietario y después de conseguirlo nos dice usted que lo ha pensado mejor o ha cambiado de idea o que el inmueble (que ni siquiera ha visto) no era lo que usted esperaba. Le parecería serio ? Póngase en el otro lugar, quizás lo entienda mejor. Ya le dijimos que primero debía ver el local y después pasar la oferta ya que no tenía nada que perder, porque si no lo dejaban en el precio que usted proponía los 1,000€ Se le devolvían pero usted no quiso entenderlo con lo fácil que es. Otra vez por favor Antes de emitir una opinión tan gratuita y dañina píenselo mejor o venga a visitarnos y le aclararemos cualquier duda, hablando se entiende la Gente y en persona mucho mejor, y no siembre la duda ni intente manchar la reputación y prestigio que nos hemos ganado desde el año 1992 trabajando de una manera honesta y transparente. Un saludo y la próxima vez piénselo un poco antes de tirar por tierra el esfuerzo y el trabajo de alguien.

They helped my family a lot since we were scammed in the sale of my home by a very bad real estate agency, and Elite sold us another home; practically Elite rescued us from an imminent ruin without seeking profit, only thinking about the well-being of our family. It is hard to believe that such companies exist today, but what I am telling is real, to help working families who should not be scammed by people who take advantage of our ignorance and the illusion of acquiring a home.
