Negative experience: Incompetent to unimagined limits, I advise against dealing with this entity, they make commitments and always fail to fulfill them.

Negative experience: Besides asking for my work life as collateral, something that seems ridiculous to ask for and a private document, they made me pay in advance €1,500 as a deposit and fees without even having signed the contract when the amount could have been paid at the same moment as the signing. The state of cleanliness of the kitchen left much to be desired, I informed the real estate agency and the landlord of this fact, and they didn't even respond with an apology or any comment indicating attention.

Negative experience: 0% professionalism and 100% shamelessness, they don't attend the scheduled appointment or respond to messages sent days in advance, they make a thousand excuses. Raquel and Elena, thank you for wasting my time, keep mismanaging properties to your benefit. This week I will go to file a complaint to see if it helps.

Negative experience: ATENCIÓN Son unos estafadores se quedaron 3000 euros de reserva de un piso, MUCHO CUIDADO

Negative experience: Servicio ineficiente perdiendo dinero con ellos tiempo y energía! NO OS FIÉIS DE ELLOS.

Negative experience: Nefasto servicio. Dejan al cliente colgado en la compra de la vivienda sin dar solución después de todo el trámite y pago de una cuota alta. ¡NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!

Negative experience: Peor servicio imposible. Son unos estafadores. Reservas pisos con ellos y luego se echan para atrás y ni devuelven el dinero.

Negative experience: Unos impresentables no realizan las gestiones para la compra/venta de la vivienda y conozco un caso muy cercano que lleva muchos meses sin recibir el dinero que les reclamos, nada recomendable

Negative experience: Nada recomendable Muy poco profesionales, entregas tu dinero para luego dejarte totalmente tirado. Cuidado donde ponen su dinero.

Negative experience: Es pésimo, no son nada recomendables. Reservas y das “x” dinero para ello y luego se cancela por problemas de ellos.

Negative experience: Totalmente incompetentes. Ponen en venta viviendas que no se pueden vender por problemas que no se han solucionado. Exigen con impaciencia el pago de 3000€ , aún sabiendo que no pueden proceder a la venta de la vivienda, una cantidad de dinero que luego no devuelven, dejando al cliente sin vivienda y sin 3000€. Me parecen poco profesionales además de no tener formalidad alguna y de responder siempre con evasivas cuando se le exige la renovación de un contrato caducado o la devolución de la cantidad entregada. No la recomiendo para nada.

Fantastic experience: Me gustaría dar 5 estrellas para esta inmobiliaria, AREA 5, por el trato recibido desde el primer momento que entramos por la puerta en búsqueda de información, nos han llevado de la mano en todo el proceso. Señalar la profesionalidad del equipo y en particular a su comercial, Ainhara, por estar siempre atenta ante cualquier duda que pudiéramos tener al respecto, manteniendo un trato cercano, amable y con empatía para que todo fuera rodado y saliera todo a la perfección. Por otro lado, también señalar a Pilar, gran profesional que nos ha guiado y asesorado ante el desconocimiento de muchos campos que se nos escapaban. GRACIAS. Os recomiendo totalmente que si tenéis intención de adquirir alguna vivienda o alquiler, vayáis a visitarlas, el trato que tienen con el cliente es extraordinario.

Positive experience: No recomendada para viviendas de bancos no revisadas provenientes de altamira, para resto de viviendas por la gestión que han realizado si los puedo recomendar, mi experiencia con altamira: Tras visitar vivienda, realizar contrato de arras y pagar la reserva con arras penitenciarias de 3000€ con ellos (area5),y realizar todos tramites y papeleos con bancos, se caducó el contrato (2 meses) sin ningún avance, no me lo renovaron, la vivienda no se ha podido vender por problemas de inscripciones de la propiedad, cuando eso debería estar resuelto antes de hacer perder el tiempo y dinero a gente de a pie y jugar con su ilusión de comprar una primera vivienda (hablo de Altamira) Aunque "area 5" debería gestionar y tener todo preparado para ver si es viable su venta, si es verdad que han estado siempre presentes cuando los he llamado y han hecho todo lo que ha estado de su mano.Al pasar los 4 meses y después de mucha llamadas al final la propiedad no se pudo vender y la devolución del dinero se realizó con éxitoa los 4 meses justos desde que se reservó. Area 5 recomendable si, pisos provenientes de Altamira no.

Positive experience: Es verdad que los productos son baratos, pero no tantos. Algunos productos que venden son mas baratos en la tienda que tienen al lado. Recomiendo comparar precios. Ademas, hemos de tener en cuenta que no son de buena calidad, pir eso son tan baratos.
