Negative experience: Profesionalidad horrible. Es triste que por tener una pareja latina no le den la oportunidad de alquilar un local y aún mas triste que no te lo digan y tengas que estar llamando todos los dias. El Señor Oriol es muy poco profesional y no va de cara. Cuidado con esta gente.

Negative experience: Pésima inmobiliaria, contacté con ellos para una vivienda que me interesaba comprar y aún estoy esperando que me digan algo, un mes después. He llamado por teléfono, me he personado personalmente a la inmobiliaria y les he intentado contactar a través de Fotocasa y nunca se ha puesto en contacto el responsable que nos tiene que dar la información o enseñar la vivienda. La persona que hay en recepción nos coge los datos pero el responsable no se ha dignado a contactar con nosotros en ningún momento.

Negative experience: La verdad es una disipación que juzguen a la persona por solo su nombre, intente contactar con ellos más de 10 veces por unos pisos para Alquiler y no me contestaron solo por ser marroquí, les mandé el contacto a unos amigos míos catalanes les contestaron al momento, hasta me hicieron una entrevista y por las llamadas le dijeron a un amigo mío catalán que no querían a marroquis. Me parece muy triste que juzguen sin darnos la oportunidad

Negative experience: Pèssim servei, vam visitar un pis de compra dues vegades i vam fer oferta perquè ens el voliem quedar. Sort que en vam trobar un altre perquè desprès de trucar moltes vegades i insistir encara espero que em diguin alguna cosa.

Negative experience: Si piensas en alquiler con ellos sal corriendo. La peor inmobiliaria de Vic con diferencia. Mala gestión en todo, me hicieron pagar 700€ por un desperfecto que ya había salido anteriormente con el antiguo inquilino por una avería en el baño según nos comentó la comercial en la visita, aún así se quedaron mi fianza además de hacerme pagar diciendo que eso luego se lo pasaba al seguro y me lo devolverían, el seguro eso no lo cubrió, los propietarios no quisieron hacerse cargo y la inmobiliaria se lavó las manos. Tuve que comprar otra nevera porque la que había dejó de funcionar de lo vieja que era, nadie se hizo cargo tampoco y para colmo también se la quedaron. A día de hoy me llegan las facturas con todos los datos de los nuevos inquilinos, incluido DNI, cosa que es ilegal por protección de datos y reclamaciones de facturas impagadas a nuestro nombre después de años sin vivir ahí, por lo que los cambios de nombre no los gestionan directamente y esto puede conllevar un problema muy grave. Cuando reclamas, contestan que esas cosas las tienes que gestionar tu, pero tu pagas para que lo hagan ellos, un sin sentido. Una vergüenza de inmobiliaria y de personal.

Negative experience: They didn't schedule a visit for me because they only had visits in the afternoon. The people who work in the afternoons are not given the opportunity to visit in the morning, and therefore we miss the chance for the property. Since they come from Vic, it’s not worth their while to come out for one client, they told me. Disappointing.

If you don't want to be contacted, don't provide an email address or list properties on search websites. The bare minimum is to respond to inquiries and provide a more human touch. Real estate agencies like yours should disappear. I give one star because I can't give -5.

Negative experience: My experience was not good. First, the receptionist attended us with all kindness. Then it was Montse's turn (I think). This person seems to be the boss because everything was arrogance and bad manners. It seems that if you are not a big shot from Vic (according to her), they don’t even bother to show you an apartment for rent. Moreover, they say it to your face. They have very select clients (lawyers who investigate possible tenants). It seems they are mainly interested in apartments for students.

However, when I ask a Spanish friend to call and ask about an apartment, they immediately ask when he would be interested in coming to see it. Unfortunately, I am not the only foreign person who is going through this. They should honestly state in their apartment ads that they only rent to Spaniards so that we can avoid the hassle of calling, and we don't waste our time asking about something we already know we will be denied. It's really embarrassing that in the year we are in, we still experience racism, especially from supposedly professional companies.

We entrusted them with finding tenants and processing the contracts. We had a total of three tenants over the 18 years, people with whom we did not have a single problem or headache during all this time. This year, we entrusted them with the sale of this apartment and yesterday we closed the transaction. And all this, with us living abroad for the entire 18 years. Jordi Vilalta is a great professional, experienced and rigorous, and very importantly: he is attentive to all the details. It has been a magnificent experience and we have 200% confidence in him.

Negative experience: My experience was not very good, they do not follow up at all unlike other real estate agencies. I sent documentation for an apartment I was interested in and no one called me to inform me. They do not have a database; they asked me for the documentation more than once to go visit an apartment when I had already sent the documentation a week earlier for another one. Service and customer attention could be improved.

Negative experience: Veo que tienen varias valoraciones nefastas...y lo cierto es que estoy completamente de acuerdo, experiencia muy desagradable con las dos chicas en especial con Montse. Ha sido una prepotencia extrema la que han tenido diría que hasta insultante. Simplemente espero que el tiempo las ponga en su lugar para que vuelvan a resurgir con más humildad y amabilidad.

Negative experience: Pésima atención, nos alquilaron un piso que tenía miles de defectos, al querer contactar con Montse para que solucionaran las cosas nos daban largas. Decidimos marchar y nos trató de malas maneras y echándonos la culpa a nosotros. Tardaron bastante en devolvernos la fianza, tanto, que tuvimos que amenazar con denunciar. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Negative experience: Muy descontento con la atención y las formas de la señorita Montse, nos atendió con unas formas despectivas y dando a entender que la gente que tiene perros es gente sucia y que solo trae problemas. Buscábamos un piso en el que aceptaran mascotas, posteriormente a llamarlos preguntando por un piso una compañera nos devolvió la llamada indicándonos que no había ningún problema. Al llamar nuevamente para concretar cita, nos atendió Montse y nos trató poco más que de tontos, recriminándonos con tono despectivo que "uno sí pero dos no" en múltiples ocasiones, nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos poco mas que criminales. Tener a gente así atendiendo al público solamente sirve para perder clientes, hundir tu negocio y dar mala fama a la zona ya que generalizan y tipifican con mucha facilidad.
