Negative experience: Terrible treatment, both the phone calls with Irene and when I went to the real estate agency in person with Jenny. Moreover, when they already had the house reserved by another couple, they allowed my bank's appraiser to come, causing me to lose €300 for nothing because I no longer had the option of keeping that house. Not to mention that from the first call I made to request to see the property, they warned and emphasized that I had to pay them €3,000 if I made the purchase. I also don't find it very normal today that the reservation (which is €3,000) has to be paid in cash, with no option for a transfer. I do not recommend it at all, I only followed the process because I really liked the house, but salespeople like that take away your motivation.
We deeply regret that your experience with us hasn’t been what you expected. We value every comment as it helps us improve. We would like to clarify some aspects of our process. When a client is interested in a property, we ask for an initial reservation of €3,000, which, as we explained, is penitent. This means that if you decide not to proceed or are unable to continue with the purchase, this reservation, which the seller receives directly, is non-refundable. The purpose of that initial reservation is to guarantee viability and seriousness in the process for both parties. In many cases, if the buyer needs to apply for a mortgage, and has doubts about the viability of the operation, we allow our clients to carry out an appraisal before confirming their reservation, as it is preferable to lose €300 from an appraisal than the €3,000 from the initial reservation. However, we also warn that the first to signal is who secures the property. In your case, you chose not to reserve and to appraise beforehand, and you were advised that another person could advance and you would lose the option to buy the property. And that’s what happened. We understand that this can be frustrating, but the priority is with the first client who formalizes the reservation of the property. It is our way of ensuring transparency and avoiding confusing situations for all parties involved. We always recommend making a prior visit to your banking institution to ensure financial viability before starting the search process. Regarding our fees. In this case, they are €2,500 plus VAT. Agencies like Tecnocasa, Redpiso, etc… charge 3% of the selling price to the buyer (€5,565 plus VAT) in this particular case. I think with us you save some money. You indicate: 'from the very first call I was warned about your commission...' Indeed, we inform in the first call about the costs that the sale will entail, including the agency management fees which in our case is a (FLAT FEE), but we also inform in the ads on the portals, also when we confirm visits, and we do this for transparency and to avoid misunderstandings regarding this. As for the payment method for the reservation, indeed in some cases it is made in cash, a common practice in our sector, although we are always open to adapting as much as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate you sharing your impressions. Our commitment is to offer transparency and professionalism at every step of the process, and we are here for any additional queries you may have.
Negative experience: Bad service, very rude the girl who attended me, and to top it off I made an appointment to see a house and they left me hanging without being able to see the house. In summary, I am not surprised that the two houses they are selling in my town are still for sale after years.
Good afternoon, visits are scheduled and confirmed the same morning when the visits are in the afternoon. This morning we called you from several different phone numbers and messaged you on WhatsApp to confirm the visit and provide you with the address. We couldn't reach you and assumed the visit was canceled, as in this case, it is the owner who conducts the visits. However, we were speaking on the phone and I was going to suggest a possible solution, but you hung up the call. As a rule, if the visit is not confirmed, we do not have the owner travel unnecessarily, as we do not know if you will attend or not, since the visit was scheduled days earlier.

Negative experience: Horrible!! Lack of professionalism, lack of education, and lack of values. After the sale of my house, they didn't know where my money was, and I live thousands of kilometers away; a relative who lives nearby solved it, THANK GOODNESS!!! One of the employees, without education and with arrogance, asks for documentation bit by bit, the same one many times, and you must send it via WhatsApp and scanned with a specific application, BE CAREFUL WITH THIS!!! Your data is not safe. The manager is defensive; I wonder why? She doesn't admit mistakes, doesn't apologize, disdaining the customer and disrespecting them over the phone, harassing and continuously lying to hide the huge failures made by this company that claims to sell your house without problems. Be very careful!!! I edit this review just once for not allowing the lies stated in the response. Exactly within the private documents I had to send via WhatsApp, there is private documentation!!! BE CAREFUL!!!! And this issue is the main one I have taken to CONSUMO because, despite the manager emphasizing that I could only make the complaint in person at her office for consumption (she continues to demonstrate her lack of training and qualification), I have made a significant complaint electronically at the consumer office. And I encourage all people, I'm sure there will be more than one, to do the same, that is, to COMPLAIN TO CONSUMO since these people do not fulfill their job, treat customers in a degrading manner, and do not possess the necessary qualifications or training for these activities. I paid my fees as I committed to it, and for that reason, I demand that they be consistent with their disrespect, lack of coordination, and poor management. We always put ourselves in our client's shoes, both sellers and buyers, mediating to ensure that both parties leave 100% satisfied. In your specific case, we have always been empathetic knowing that you did not reside in the community where the property is located, and to make matters worse, we sold your house in less than a month. We have always provided you with the facilities to submit the required documentation. The alternative of sending the scanned documentation yourself was made available, and we specified exactly which application could be used for scanning. However, in your case, this never happened, as the deeds of your house were not sent via WhatsApp or email. It was some relatives, who live in Toledo, who came to the office for us to scan all the documentation ourselves. All required documentation is requested in advance of the publication: deeds, ID, IBI, CEE... Once the day of the deed approaches, a reminder is sent to the client so that they do not forget to bring the originals. It is at that moment that the rest of the necessary documentation is requested: certificate from the community confirming payment status, certificate of bank debt... Regarding your comments about the manager of the real estate agency, I must inform you that you have always been treated with respect and education. At no time did we use offensive language, threats, or raised voices. We cannot say the same for the other party, as we did feel attacked and offended. In response to your statements, I must inform you that a week before the signing, your attitude changed completely. Anything that was mentioned would encounter all possible obstacles, and you let us know that you were not happy with the service and requested to speak with a superior. We indicated that we needed to visit the property to verify that there were no tenants inside the day before the signing, and you became very upset. Visiting the property the day before or even on the same day of the sale is quite normal and best for both parties in a sale. We are just doing our job. When you were contacted to inform you after the signing about the details of the signing, since you live thousands of kilometers away, at that moment you began to ask where the money had gone, and we informed you of the account where your bank requested and certified where the money should go if paid by OMF. We indicated that you should contact your bank to confirm that it had arrived at the administrative account of your entity. A week and a half after the sale, a receipt for the presentation of the capital gains tax and a copy of the invoice for our services, which were still unpaid, was sent to you, which you should have paid on the day of the public deed... You requested to speak with someone superior again. In this call, you expressed your dissatisfaction with the service and, according to you, the many mistakes we made, saying in your review that 'the manager was defensive'. The manager listened point by point and explained one by one that these errors were not as such and that we have fulfilled all the commitments of the contract. At the end of the conversation, we arrived at the KEY ISSUE. The manager was asked for a discount on the amount to be paid as you were not happy with the service. In response to the denial, you threatened: 'Social media can do a lot of damage...!' From that call, we understood the reason for the change in your attitude...
