Negative experience: La simpatia i el compromís del primer dia acaba en deixadesa total si han d ajudar en qualsevol incidència i la traca final és quan ja no et volen tornar la fiança...qualsevol coseta q puguin trobar sigui teva i no serveix d excusa X no tornar la fiança, la veritat és q tenen molt poca vergonya !

Negative experience: Eviteu llogar amb Finques Ferrer, especialment el pis del C. Charlie Rivel, 66 (Cubelles). Vam tenir greus problemes durant tota l’estada: manca de manteniment, zero suport davant incidències (porter automàtic espatllat, tall d’aigua, males olors, humitats, embussos...) i una actitud molt poc professional. El pitjor: ens van retenir part de la fiança (164 €) per una suposada neteja extra, tot i que vam deixar el pis en bones condicions. La inspecció va ser desproporcionada (fins i tot obrint una sandvitxera bruta que ja estava així quan vam arribar), cosa que denota una pràctica poc ètica i, aparentment, habitual, orientada a obtenir ingressos addicionals a costa de la fiança dels llogaters. No recomanaria aquesta agència a ningú. Si hi llogueu, reviseu-ho tot amb lupa i documenteu-ho des del primer dia. La situació ha estat posada en coneixement de l’Agència Catalana del Consum.

Fantastic experience: Inefable trato

Positive experience: Aquest estiu és el cinquè any consecutiu que lloguem un apartament amb Finques Ferrer per passar un mes a la platja de Cubelles. Fins ara, el tracte sempre havia estat correcte i professional, però aquest any lamentablement la nostra experiència no ha estat satisfactòria. Quan vam arribar a l’apartament, vam trobar-lo sense netejar. A més, ens vam adonar que l’aire condicionat no funcionava, només hi havia 5 coberts de cada, i faltaven electrodomèstics bàsics com el rentaplats, la torradora, la planxa per cuinar i l’assecadora. A més, hi havia problemes de manteniment evidents com una porta d’armari penjant i el videt que perdia aigua. Vam contactar amb l’oficina i és cert que ens van portar una torradora, una planxa i coberts addicionals. També ens van dir que passarien a arreglar el videt i la porta. Però avui és 16 de juliol i encara ningú ha vingut, malgrat que vam fer l’avís els primers dies. Estem parlant d’un lloguer de 2.900 € al mes, i per aquest preu esperem un servei i unes condicions d’allotjament a l’alçada. Continuem valorant la confiança construïda al llarg d’aquests anys, però aquest cop ens hem sentit decebuts per la manca de previsió i seguiment davant d'incidències bàsiques. Esperem que ho tinguin en compte per millorar el servei en futures temporades.

Fantastic experience: Recientemente e comprado con ellos una vivienda, y personalmente desde el primer día que se hizo la visita al piso hasta la firma en la notaría, ha sido impecable. Con esto lo digo todo, creo que sí tuviese que realizar otra gestión igual volvería a contactar con ellos.

Negative experience: Made me feel bad about this country...called and talked for renting an apartment, said they will contact me but they havn't probably because i am foreign and have a foreing phone number from a country with a "low reputation". Racism at its best

Fantastic experience: Todo ha sido fácil con ellos. Dieron con lo que quería y siempre he recibido su ayuda y profesionalidad. Quiero dar las gracias especialmente a Vanesa y a Ramón.

Negative experience: 0 gestion. 0 buen trato, maleducadas, se nota que no saben ni de lo que hablan( o se hacen las tontas para sacar mas dinero...) Dicen que no gestionan nada, que ellos solo hacen firma, y cuando les pides el contacto de los dueños del domicilio, no te lo dan. He tenido que fotografiar todo, grabar conversaciones telefonicas y, capturar pantallazos, porque se dicen y desdicen a placer. Una autentica basura. Varias personas de mi empresa han pasado por sus manos, y NINGUNO salio contento. OJO! Muy atentos al contrato, completamente abusivo: Vas a pagar: -IBI del inmueble -Impuesto basuras - Vado del garaje - Cualquier desperfecto lo pagas tu, aunque no sea cosa tuya. - Te obligan a pagar seguro de la casa. Incidencias: -Al entrar en la casa, muebles con las patas rotas y comidas por la humedad, moho en los cajones, el suelo lleno de arena de playa, casi 1cm de roña en el horno (no lo he usado en todo el año por el asco que me daba) los picaportes rotos (me mandaron un "carpintero'' que puso superglue, lo sujeto con un sargento y ni espero a que secara, me dejo el sargento en el pomo... Una maravilla, peeero lo cogi porque era "barato"... (no merece la pena paga un poco mas en otro sitio y que te traten como a una persona no como a un billete con patas) - casi 3 semanas con la calefaccion (bomba de calor) rota en pleno invierno. Parece ser que se necesita casi un mes para gestionar... - cuando llueve caen cascadas de agua del techo del garaje. Al avisar tardaron dias en responder, su respuesta: "avisamos al propietario" nunca me llamaron ni nada. Obviamente ni avisaron, o al menos eso parece... Negligecia? Tiene pinta... - 2 semanas con la lavadora rota, pero ellos alegaban que si el tambor daba vueltas no estaba roto... el hecho de que el jabon acabase en el suelo tras ponerlo en el cajetin es lo normal para esta gente... PATETICO. - Entregue llaves el dia 30, me dijeron de mandar A LOS PROPIETARIOS la ultima factura de luz y agua para cambiar titulares y/o pagadores... yo solo soy titular de luz no del agua (ya que me dijeron que no hacia falta... luego intentaron hacer que fuera yo el titular porque lo ponia en el contrato... menos mal que grabo todo que si no 60 pavos de alta de servicio) Al llamar a la empresa del agua para intentar que me manden la ultima factura me enteré que seguian teniendo como titular a una persona fallecida... por lo que al yo ser solo el pagador no puedo acceder a las facturas... me dicen que se lo pida altitular... peeeero vaya, el titular esta fallecido, y la agencia no me da el contacto de los herederos...JUGADA MAESTRA. Cuando les digo que me pasen el correo de los propietarios, tardan 1 SEMANA (que se creen que la gente no trabaja (como ellos) y vamos a estar persiguiendolos). Cuando se lo recuerdo me dice que no, que se lo mande a ellas (finques ferrer). Y como colofon, me dicen que como he tardado en entregar las facturas se me cobrará mas alla del dia de la entrega de llaves... MARAVILLOSO! Los dueños no se hasta que punto tienen culpa, pero el simple hecho de contratar a estas personas indica lo poco que les importa quedar mal con los inquilinos. Es mejor que te lleve el alquiler un Okupa que esta agencia. Les deseo ( a Finques Ferrer) que les traten igual que tratan a sus inquilinos y clientes: Mal, negligentemente y carente de empatia. Si os pasa como me paso a mi, que tuve que conseguir casa en menos de una semana (por trabajo), recordad: GRABARLO TODO, FOTOGRAFIAD TODO, REVISAR CONTRATO, REVISAR MUEBLES Y ELECTRODOMESTICOS. Esta gente son de "la pela es la pela"... Si has venido a estos comentarios para ver si es buena idea alquilar con esta gente: HUYE, es mejor vivir bajo un puente.

They have provided me with all the information I have requested and answered all my questions and doubts about the different apartments, practically instantly upon request. The treatment has always been very cordial, friendly, and professional. They charged me 190 euros for electricity and it's impossible that I spent that much. 2) Do not hand over the keys at the premises, show the apartment when the rental contract ends. So that from that date, they count the days for the return of the deposit. It took them too long to return my deposit because of the owner.
