Negative experience: Mi hija y compañera alquilaron un apartamento durante el mes de junio y julio 2025. Todo se pago por adelnatado (Ubicado en San Bernardo 30). Fueron desde USA a Espa♫a a estudiar por dos meses. Han transcurrido mas de cinco meses desde la finalización del contrato y, hasta la fecha, no hemos recibido información sobre el reembolso de dicha fianza la cual seria devuelta en 45 días según el contrato. LLamamos y enviamos mensajes por Whatsapp y no contestan. Eso es fraude e incumplimiento de contrato. ------ My daughter and partner rented an apartment during the months of June and July 2025. Everything was paid in advance (Located at San Bernardo 30). They went from the USA to Spain to study for two months. More than five months have passed since the end of the contract and, to date, we have not received any information about the refund of the deposit, which was supposed to be returned within 45 days according to the contract. We have called and sent messages on WhatsApp and there has been no response. This is fraud and a breach of contract.

Negative experience: I left the apartment in June, and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. The flat was left spotless, much cleaner than when we received it; in fact, they congratulated us upon seeing it. They do not answer the phone or WhatsApp messages, it's a disgrace. Anyone would have taken legal action by now. It's embarrassing.

Fantastic experience: The rental with Homes2Rent was fast and convenient. During the 6 months that I rented with them, they resolved questions and issues in less than 24 hours, and refunded my deposit quickly. I would 100% rent with them again.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment with Homes2rent in Madrid for 5 months and would not recommend the company. I paid 780€ for an extremely small apartment (approx. 20 sqm) in a bad condition. The furniture was old and sagging, the floor was peeling and the grout in the bathroom was all black. The "service" for which I also paid 780€ at the beginning was also terrible. When I arrived, I waited over an hour at the front of the house tp get the keys. Also the washing machine was broken, the door barely opened and closed with the key I got and there were no proper bedding accessories as promised. To get the washing machine fixed I waited several weeks for the "technician" who never came. Later the janitor fixed it. Also, the door was not repaired in the 5 months! In addition, the employee with whom I had contact is incredibly unfriendly. The company just wants to make quick money
