Ana's response was the quickest of all the agencies, and she further guided us well through the entire process from the visit to moving in: 1) We were able to view the house at a convenient time, all the information in the listing, as well as the videos and photos, completely matched reality. 2) Ana helped facilitate all the preliminary discussions with the owners (they are also wonderful people) and reach acceptable terms for both parties. 3) Our level of Spanish is still insufficient for conversations. When it was necessary to agree on details in the contract, Ana also brought in a colleague who helped with the translation and provided valuable advice. 4) Signing the contract took place in the agency's wonderful office, as quickly and conveniently as possible. We also had the opportunity to review the contract beforehand. A huge thank you to Ana, her colleague, and the Mikeli agency, for the excellent service and help. Now we are renting a beautiful house that fully meets our needs and we are very grateful for it!

Negative experience: We were very careful when we let a person into our rental apartment who did not pay us and has declared themselves economically vulnerable, leaving us unpaid for a year and a half until the eviction by the court. We know this is not the first time this tenant has left without paying. BE VERY CAREFUL, they only want to collect their commission.

Negative experience: The treatment was regrettable, I asked for the price of a business, and she replied that she had been interested in another one for months, in which they didn't give me the numbers of the business. How am I supposed to be interested, without knowing the numbers??? The lady gets involved in things that do not concern her; her life is selling properties and giving prices for them, but it seems that is not enough for her. I will not negotiate with this company anymore, very rude indeed!!

Fantastic experience: I saw an apartment for rent that matched what I wanted, I wrote them an email on a Friday night and on Monday morning Gali contacted me by phone, who guided me on the matter. That same morning we went to see the apartment (given my relative urgency to find one and not delay the deadlines), she showed it to me in detail and we were pending to evaluate the documentation. Days later, she contacted me to give me the owner's approval and we scheduled an appointment with them to sign the contract. The treatment is pleasant, the facilities are luxurious, and you can tell the care they put into the details. The paperwork is straightforward. I positively value the fact that they do not keep you waiting beyond a logical time. I left a paid reservation, which they would return to me within an agreed maximum period whether they accepted me as a tenant or not. I believe this is the best way if you are clear about what you want and do not want to see an apartment, like it, and then a week later be told that they preferred another tenant. Conclusion so far: 5 stars.

Negative experience: Very bad. I don't give it a 0 because I can't. We were going to rent a house on Santa Lucía 67 and it was first on the list. It had already been rented and obviously, the interview was done with the premise that when the girl in the apartment left, we would move in. With things practically packed and ready for the move, they wrote to me as if they were publishing the ad again because the landlord wanted a married couple, a more family-oriented profile. On top of that, you have to deal with the 30-something euros that the landlord charges for fiber, when with any other company unlimited data and fiber doesn't reach 60 euros. We were a civil servant and another person with a permanent job, we could easily afford the house. Attached is a screenshot, the apartment in question, and the wonderful sales representative.

Negative experience: And why can't I give less stars? I contacted them to visit a property. The young lady who attended me never mentioned that the property could be reserved without seeing it, and she certainly didn't give me the speech 'about fluctuations in the real estate market.' First lie. We scheduled an hour, and two hours before, she changes the schedule, moving the visit earlier. On the way to the property and with only 15 minutes' notice, the young lady (whose name I cannot mention, see previous review) calls me to say that the property is no longer available. To which we respond that we do not really understand what happened and that we were never warned that we could also reserve it without seeing it or that it could happen that someone else would do so; the young lady apologizes. I don't believe anything that happened, especially when they boast of 'luxury and transparency.' Because I have the right to leave a review, good or bad (I say this because they also spend time looking at customer reviews when what you write is not approval). And if you want, you can see my reviews, where I highlight the good and the bad of the establishments. What a pity that you spend time responding to reviews instead of solving problems. I invite you to read all the replies to the comments when they are negative.

Negative experience: MIKELY and its presentation letter 'Synonym of luxury and high standing'. Tell me what you boast about, and I will tell you what you lack. We scheduled a visit to rent a property. We confirmed the day and time, being the first according to the young lady who assisted us. On the day of the visit, she called us 2 hours beforehand to advance the appointment by 1 hour. We agreed, and 15 minutes before the meeting, the young lady called us again to say that the property had been rented. Coincidentally, 'someone had made a reservation without seeing it'. They made me waste an afternoon of work and travel almost 100 km for nothing. If they had explained to me that someone could reserve it directly, I would have done it myself. Not very serious or formal. I certainly cannot recommend it. EDITED IN RESPONSE: First of all, I apologize for attaching an image that has already been deleted; my intention was not to focus on the person for their behavior, yet it is a corporate and public image in their profile. In no case was it out of bad faith and with harmful intent. But to show you my human quality, I am capable of admitting my fault and publicly apologizing through the same medium when I am wrong, unlike you. It is completely false that I 'declined to rent the property without seeing it out of distrust'. At no point were we informed about the modus operandi of this real estate agency. Because if they are people of their word, that person should call and say that if I do not do it at that moment, there is another interested person since they told us we were the first. Not to call us directly to get rid of us. This is what you call 'dedication and excellence in work'. Furthermore, I see that you do care to spend your time investigating my profile to see my reviews, publicly judging me for having 'too much free time and bad faith' (defined as: implicitly a certain malice, lack of rectitude, a voluntary and conscious illicitness in action, when not a positive and culpable intention to deceive), which can also constitute a crime against honor according to Title XI of Book II of the Penal Code, which covers Articles 205 to 216 and which I will also make available to my legal advisors. By the way, my free time, of which I do not have enough, although you say otherwise, is what you have made me waste. Another curious detail I would like to know is what recognized company relies on Murphy's law to treat its clients. An even worse experience with the commercial department, which instead of acknowledging the error, dedicates itself to responding here and does not even contact us by phone to understand what happened.
