Negative experience: They had an apartment for sale. I contacted them and arranged the visit. They canceled it a day before via WhatsApp. When I told them I could come the following week, they didn't even respond. The apartment was taken off the website. They didn't even bother to tell me that it had been sold. It wouldn't have cost them anything!
Negative experience: Today we had an appointment to see a house and they didn't show up, they made up the excuse that they notified us via WhatsApp. If they notified me via WhatsApp, why don't I have the notice? They should send me a screenshot of the message. After calling and calling, they don't pick up the phone the first time and hang up. A terrible service, waiting 15 minutes while calling them...

Negative experience: Fatal. Little professionalism. I was going to rent an apartment, and instead of mediating with the owner as required, they ignored me. Given the current rental situation, their behavior seemed embarrassing. Edited: Response: It is clear that if the property does not want to, it does not get rented. But I believe that one of the functions of a real estate agency is to mediate with the property and to respond to messages and calls from clients.

Fantastic experience: Tengo que decir que Pilar se ha comportado de forma muy profesional ante la situación en la que me he encontrado. A finales de Junio hice reserva de alquiler para un piso, pero llegado el día de abandonarlo los actuales inquilinos y entregarme la llave, 2 horas antes comunican que no han recogido sus cosas y que disponen de 15 días para dejarlo (cosa que luego no era cierta). Ante el perjuicio de encontrarme en la calle y con mis cosas en el coche me ofrece la propietaria alojarme esa noche en hotel, el cual me abonará. Como me supone gran trastorno estar temporalmente en otro lugar, decido no esperar para entrar en este piso y buscarme otro, por lo que la propietaria decide incumplir lo acordado, y por supuesto no me hace el abono. Pilar muy amablemente, y cumpliendo con su palabra se ha hecho cargo del abono más una cantidad adicional por el perjuicio causado de incumplimiento de lo acordado para entrar en el piso el día 30, y ante la falta de compromiso y palabra de la propietaria. Que me haya respondido así desde luego es otra garantía.

Negative experience: El año pasado yo y mi madre fuimos a ver una vivienda de calle holanda para alquilar, la casa la verdad que estaba muy bien, a pesar de ser una vivienda vacía de muebles los propietarios dos hermanos (que dan apariencia de subnormales) aunque luego son bastantes espabilados pedían unas condiciones como si estuvieran alquilando un palacio real pero bueno negociando conseguimos que solo nos cobrarán dos meses de fianza, ellos han cobrado antes del día 30 de cada mes el mes por adelantado teniendo todos los pagos al día, por cosas de la vida mi madre tubo una caída de la cual tuvo una lesión medular cuando ya estábamos viviendo en esa vivienda lo cual nos obligó a buscar otra vivienda en una planta y adaptada para persona minusválida, los dos hermanos GALAN de Valdepeñas (supuestamente según decían las dos hermanas de la inmobiliaria Marín nos devolverían los dos meses de fianza), pues bueno avisamos con un mes y medio de que dejábamos la vivienda es más en nuestro último mes, sin tener por qué dejamos que fueran la inmobiliaria con gente para enseñar la vivienda... Y todo esto por el buen corazón de que los dos HDP de propietarios no perdieran tiempo y la alquilaran cuanto antes. Pues resulta que el día de la entrega de llaves nos dicen que la fianza se devuelve al mes puesto que tienen 30 días para devolverla y que resulta que falta un recibo de gasoil que no llega y que tienen que descontar... Bueno pues como gilipollas cedemos y le digo que intente solucionar el tema de la factura y que por favor me devuelvan la fianza cuanto antes puesto que ese dinero es para emplearlo en la rehabilitación de mi madre puesto que habíamos tenido que buscar una vivienda nueva nos quedamos un poco con una mano delante y otra detrás. La inmobiliaria nos aseguro que que estos dos sinvergüenzas nos devolvería la fianza integra ( y tenemos captura que así lo corrobora por si alguien las necesita) puesto que ya estábamos viendo cosas muy raras ya. Apuraron hasta el último día los muy HDP y encima me devolvieron 460€ de una fianza de 1.200€ intentamos hablar con ellos y encima se cachondearon de nosotros, las dos hermanas de la inmobiliaria que son las que dieron la cara y las que tenían que haber mediado no hicieron nada de nada, se han reído de una persona minusválida tanto ellas como los dos hermanos propietarios de Valdepeñas, la casa está en calle holanda n1 en la zona del Carrefour, sabemos que ahí más gente perjudicada y queremos que se pongan en contacto con nosotros. Están denunciados todos pero contra más personas denuncie más fácil será recuperar lo que estos dos sinvergüenzas están robando de unos y otros!!!! Esta empresa ahora tendrá huevos de contestar a esta reseña buscando cualquier escusa y haciendo entender que la culpa por una razón o por otra es de los inquilinos pero no voy a parar hasta recuperar la fianza que le han robado a mi madre..
Negative experience: Quedamos con una de las trabajadoras para mirar un piso. Pero fatal la atención. Llegamos y estaba hablando por el móvil. Ni siquiera nos recibió,entró ella primera. Tenía muchísima prisa tardó como mucho 2 minutos en enseñarnos todo el piso con 4 habitaciones. Estaba mirando en una de las habitaciones y ella me apagó la luz mientras yo estaba dentro de la habitación. Me encantó el piso, pero que mala profesional, se llama Pilar. Espero el que la empresa tome en cuenta este comentario para llamarle la atención y mejorar al respeto.
