2 years ago Negative experience: Please never ever rent a flat from this agency, specifically the apartment on Calle Divino pastor. When you discuss with the agent they tell you that wifi and cleaning is absolutely included in a fixed price of bills and utility costs. At the end of the 6 months the landlord charged me and my roommates for both and took advantage of the fact that we did not speak spanish to make it seem as though she told us. This was not the first time she did this and the agency has not taken any action either after telling us to our face that the costs will be included. Be very careful and never rent that flat as the landlord puts random charges on you.

We took some time to carefully review all the information in order to provide you with an accurate response. Upon a thorough review of your contract, specifically in Clause 6 (page 3), it is evident that expenses are not included, as clearly indicated in both point 6.1 and point 6.2. Further detailed information can be found within these sections. It is important to note that on December 23rd, we provided you with a one-page reservation document summarizing the terms and conditions, explicitly specifying that expenses were not included. The rationale for not incorporating bills into the rental cost is that consumption is directly linked to tenants' usage patterns. We assist property owners in estimating the monthly bills based on the previous year's expenses. These estimated amounts are requested in advance, and at the conclusion of the rental period, each owner conducts the final calculations. Please be aware that we can certainly assist tenants in obtaining detailed bill breakdowns to clarify all amounts. However, it is imperative to understand that we are not the property owners and, as such, do not have control over billing practices. If you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are here to provide any support you may need.
