Negative experience: I bought an apartment from this real estate agency and it was deception after deception. They told me that the apartment had no moisture problems, among other things they didn't mention, like the doors not closing, ant infestation problems, etc. The apartment had such a severe moisture issue that it was impossible to live there. They just covered it up with drywall to sell it. With the windows open all day to reduce the humidity smell. I spent a large amount of money to make it minimally habitable. When I told the manager everything I've mentioned before, he blocked me. A hell that I do not recommend to anyone. Update on 03/25/2024: I bought the apartment in 2021 and it was through this real estate agency, I have all the documentation, photos, and videos, even the WhatsApps until you blocked me. I had to hire an expert to verify the state of the apartment. It was a fortune that I will never recover. I repeat, a hell that I do not recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Como sean ellos mismos quienes buzonean, van apañados. Vivo en una urbanización cerrada en un pueblo “cercano”, con acceso restringido, conserje y cámaras de vigilancia entre otras medida de seguridad. Tenemos prohibido el buzoneo y para dejar panfletos de cualquier tipo se dejan al conserje que los pone en las cestas de la entrada donde podemos cogerlo si nos interesa o se dejan directamente allí para no molestar a los vecinos.Ayer cuatro buzoneadores, dos chicos y dos chicas se colaron en la urbanización aprovechando que entraba un vecino y conserje estaba ocupado fuera de la garita de entrada, al verlos muy educadamente les indiqué a las chicas que avisaran a sus compañeros y se fueran porque lo que estaban haciendo no está permitido, una chica rubia me dijo que vale pero la otra, morena con pantalón rosa y moño, se hizo la sorda intentando escabullirse y esconderse por lo que le dije que también me estaba refiriendo a ella, que se reunieran con sus compañeros y salieran de la urbanización inmediatamente, indicándoles donde estaba la salida, me contestó vacilándome y les dije no os preocupéis os acompaño a la salida, en ese momento aparece un chico con gorra, gafas de sol y vestido de sport increpándome y le digo que no pueden estar buzoneando que salgan inmediatamente, se pone chulo e increpa, amenaza con colarse por otro lado y seguir, me limito a decirle que se marchen o llamo a conserjeria para que llame a la policía por entrar sin permiso, sigue con su actitud y hasta hace gestos amenazantes, aparece el cuarto, otro chico bien vestido con pantalón negro y camisa que parecía jefe de los otros, pregunta que pasa y educadamente repito que no está permitido lo que hacían y deben abandonar la urbanización inmediatamente, este último lo entiende y con educación me pide disculpas y les dice que salgan, el otro chico sigue increpándome y diciendo que ni disculpas ni leches junto con insultos directos a mi persona. Le indico al último chico, al de la camisa blanca, que le de una clase de educación y respeto al otro chico que su comportamiento es problemático y salen. Si es una empresa contratada mirad bien quien trabaja con vosotros y si son comerciales de cualquiera de vuestra tres oficinas deberíais mirar con lupa su comportamiento y educación pues la chica morena de pantalón rosa y el chico de la gorra, gafas de sol, vestido de sport necesitan ser apercibidos por su comportamiento chulesco y vacilon. Si tratan así a un vecino de una urbanización donde tratan de dejar info para captar clientes, dudo mucho que sean capaces de cerrar acuerdos beneficiosos para la inmobiliaria.
