We do not understand why you blame us when you had the advice of other people. We do not provide advice in bad faith; on the contrary, we even go against our own interests to do our job well. If we believe that a sale is not beneficial for the owner, we do not proceed with it. We prioritize helping, then working. We are not a tax consultancy; we always advise our clients when they ask us about tax matters to consult their tax advisors in addition to what we inform them. We always plant good things to reap good things; we wouldn't be here after so many years if it were not so. We regret that you were not satisfied with our work, Alicia; we always try to do our best, but in your case, you were advised by two family members involved in real estate and legal matters. Negative experience: Emi tried to sell me an apartment that she claimed had no issues. She asked for a €2000 deposit without showing me any documents for the house. When I checked on Idealista, it turns out that the apartment that 'has no problems' is occupied, and the one above it is as well. Be careful.

It is impossible for us to sell a squatted property as we do not take squatted properties for sale. 2. If Emi 'asked you' for €2,000 as a deposit, it is because you saw the property, were interested in it, and wanted to reserve it. In that case, we don't ask; we indicate that if you want to continue with the process, you must reserve it; you decide, we do not 'ask'. Now, how can a property be squatted if you saw it? Assuming you saw it, because if you didn't see it, what you were told is the process. You see the property and then you reserve it. Logically. 3. Assuming we know which property it is since you don't provide details, we had a property for sale (obviously it was not squatted) in which the neighbor above was not paying their mortgage and was living there. Assuming that is the property you are talking about. We know that later because if the owner doesn't inform me about the neighbors of the property we are selling, we don’t know. 4. We do not provide documentation for the property until it is reserved, obviously, because otherwise, we would be giving documentation to anyone who walks into the office asking. Our clients see the property, and if they are interested, as in any other place, they reserve it, and we start the process. Once reserved, we provide all the documentation they need. Even if it is not reserved, if clients ask for information beyond what they see during the visit, we provide the information they need, but not documentation. If you want to know if the ITE is passed, if you want to know if there is any existing charge, everything you want to know we inform you, but the documentation, if there is no reservation, we do not provide. A reservation is made so that we as professionals know that the client is genuinely interested, and the client ensures that we stop marketing the property. Negative experience: Sitio piscina , no hay habren cuando la tornillería que han ido es compatible, si no te aguantas y esperas a otro y lo tremendo de esto llamas por tel a las 09.00 de la mañana y te dicen que esta abierta llegas a la hora de apertura que son las 11.00 y esta cerrada te lo dice la enfermera.
