Muy buenas tardes Aránzazu. Por hacer honor a la verdad te expongo cual es nuestro punto de vista de los hechos acaecidos. Usted reservo un local en Villaverde alto bajo el asesoramiento de sus propios técnicos. Los cuales le dijeron que si se podía convertir en vivienda. Después nosotros abonamos de nuestro bolsillo los honorarios de un arquitecto colegiado que corroborase que ciertamente había cambiado la normativa pero que de igual manera el cambio de uso de local a vivienda se podía realizar. Informe que pusimos a tu disposición. Del mismo modo aclararte que aquella reserva que formalizaste en “efectivo” por qué así quisiste hacerlo. En la que nosotros actuamos como depositarios. A día de hoy está en manos de los propietarios y tenemos documentación firmada que así lo corrobora. Claramente a cualquier persona le disgusta perder 3.000€ en favor de la propiedad, pero como bien advertida estabas esto puede pasar si te hechas para atrás de la compra-venta de cualquier inmueble en el que se halla realizado un contrato de arras ( propuesta de compra-venta) regido por el artículo 1458 del código civil (arras penitenciales). Sin más que añadir nos apena mucho tu percepción de la realidad y rogaríamos que no vertieses falsas acusaciones hacia nuestra empresa la cual como seguramente hallas podido comprobar en las anteriores reseñas se identifica por nuestra buena praxis y la transparencia para con el cliente.
