Negative experience: I made an offer on a property and it seems that the Tecnocasa employee didn't like it much, because during the week I was dealing with them, she reminded me a few times that if I backed out, there were muuuuuch more people interested in the apartment willing to pay the price without an offer (and therefore with a higher commission for them). Meanwhile, I was looking at financing with Kiron, and when it seemed that I had the best mortgage approved and was about to sign the deposit, problems started to arise, such as the bank's conditions had changed and the offer that was supposed to be final was no longer. They tried to sell me mortgages with worse conditions than I could have obtained directly from a bank without any help from an intermediary. With so many strange things, I requested a clause in the deposit contract stating that if I did not obtain a mortgage, the money paid would be refunded to my account, and they told me that this could not be done, even though I know for a fact that it can, although according to them at Tecnocasa, or rather Tecnoestafa, it is not done. Furthermore, the deposit contract was signed by the property owners without me having even been able to read it beforehand, missing data that they assured me would be included, such as the property being sold furnished. After so much hassle, I decided to cancel the operation and ask for the return of the 3,000 euros I had paid as a deposit the previous week. The employee refunded me quite quickly and without any objections, which seems quite strange to me, to be honest... I don’t know if there was another higher offer for the apartment, if they wanted to sell it for a higher amount or what, but I have the feeling that the fact that I canceled the operation was what they were looking for. I ended Friday with a feeling of being messed around and confused, and a pretty bad headache. In short, when I opened Google to write the review, I saw that the real estate agency and specifically this employee have surprisingly high ratings, although right next to it says that comments are not verified, which, in my opinion, explains everything quite well… What started as a friendly deal, turned out to be a deal from the Tecnocasa employee that left much to be desired and a deal from the Kiron employee where every time we spoke he told me something different, although in his favor I will say that his service is light-years away from that of his colleague. I don't think I will request the services of this real estate agency again, where it is more than evident that the only goal they have is to line their pockets without caring about the clients. In my case, I was trying to get my first home, with all the logical doubts that this can entail, and instead of helping me in the process, they confused me and spoke poorly, receiving comments from this lady like: 'I don’t understand why there are so many doubts' or allusions that with my concerns I was making them waste time. What had started with all the enthusiasm in the world ended up being a huge disappointment. I give one star because I can't give less. I have also conveyed my complaint to the Tecnocasa headquarters, which I don't know if it will be of much use, but at least so they know about the customer treatment from their employees. I hope they can sell the apartment at the initial price and be very happy with their abusive commissions. I already am knowing that I didn't have to pay almost 8,000 euros to such unprofessional people.

Although I ultimately didn't go through with the purchase, I have to acknowledge that the treatment from the agent who assisted me (a very nice young guy) was exceptional. He treated me wonderfully and clarified all the doubts I had. Without a doubt, this is the customer service that should be provided.

Negative experience: Mafia agency. The methods of this agency are closer to extortion by the mafia than to customer service. By not accepting their intermediary services in the sale of an apartment I own, they have filed false complaints on the platforms where I had published my ad to prevent its sale. Additionally, I have received several false calls from this same agency 'pressuring' for the acquisition of private data about the property. Don't get into their hands.

Negative experience: Realmente confiaba en sus servicios, pero me equivoque, el proceso de compraventa ha sido un periodo de angustia y continuas discusiones. Imaginar que decides comprar un casa a través de una inmobilaria para tener mayor seguridad, pero ocurre lo contrario. El día de la escritura te entregan las llaves de tu nueva casa, y cuanto intenta acceder a tu vivienda te encuentras las sorpresa que no puedes acceder porque no te han dado todas las llaves de la puerta. La inmobilaria refiere no ser su responsabilidad y no tener idea del asunto. Finalmente lo solucionas por tu cuenta peleando con el vendedor. Imaginas que vas a comprar una vivienda con trastero según su anuncio , pero posteriormente te indica el agente inmobiliario que se trata de un error de anuncio, confías. Pero un día vas a hablar con el presidente de la comunidad y te dicen que eso es mentira que la vivienda dispone de trastero no vendible pero asociado a la vienda que he comprado y cuyo pago está incluido en cuota de la comunidad que pago yo. Tras encontrarme con el antiguo propietario (el vendedor) haciendo uso del mismo y negándose a darme las llaves,acudo a la inmobilaria que nuevamente refiere no tener responsabilidad, lavándose las manos. Pido la hoja de reclamación y me dicen "vuelve el lunes", tras recalcar que es mi derecho como consumidor, me la entrega. Que poca profesionalidad, humanidad y respeto a un cliente que ha tenido que acudir decenas de veces para intentar solventar los problemas solo quierendo tener la casa que compro.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia. Total falta de interés y dejadez por parte del personal hacia las personas que buscan un alquiler, no sé si todos, pero el que me tocó a mi lo fue. No lo recomiendo. A la oficina no he acudido por que tu compañero me solicitó los papeles, los cuales se los he enviado. Lo único que reclamo es, que si te comprometes en algo con una persona (solicitud de papeles y quedar en llamar), por más de que luego surja otro cliente que se adapte mas al perfil que buscas en ese momento, un poco de respeto y como mínimo hacer una llamada y avisar. Respeto hacia el cliente. Por ello NO RECOMIENDO ESTA OFICINA.
