Negative experience: On October 30, 2023, I booked a house in Santiago de Compostela (Casa Dulce) through Booking for the weekend of the O Son do Camiño festival, from May 30 to June 1, 2024. On the same day I booked it, I received a message from the accommodation saying that on the day of check-in they would send me the code to enter the house, so I was not worried. On the morning of May 30, I sent a message to the accommodation informing them of my arrival time, but I received no response, which made me start to worry. Soon after, I sent a WhatsApp to the contact number that appeared on Booking (which matches that of this real estate agency), and the response was the same: none. Upon arriving at the house, we had no way to get in, and I called that phone number numerous times, but no one answered. Obviously, I contacted Booking, who reached out to Dulce, and she claimed she could not accommodate us due to 'overbooking'. I really couldn't believe it; it was a single-family house! Overbooking? As expected, Booking could not offer me an alternative in the city since occupancy that weekend was close to 100%, and what was not occupied had outrageous prices. After all this, one of my friends (who was going to stay with me) wrote a review of the real estate agency, and they responded that it was not possible, as they had not accepted any reservations since January of this year due to a sick leave, but again, I repeat, our reservation was made in October of the previous year. If they had canceled our reservation at least a week in advance, we would have had time to look for some alternative, and let's not even mention if they had warned us in January! In short, a bunch of incompetent and disgraceful people, who didn't even dare to answer the phone to provide an explanation or offer an apology.

Negative experience: This weekend we had a reservation in one of the houses managed by these people, if you can call them that, but not only did they leave us stranded in a city where occupancy is above 90%, but they didn't even answer the phone to offer any solution or at least apologize. They will refund us the amount, but they will have a complaint for their incompetence.

Negative experience: My experience with this real estate agency was bad and I do not recommend it in any case.

Negative experience: Very, very bad, I will never manage anything with them again, always unattended, undue accusation of non-payments, they are not managed well, when you are fed up with them they hang up on you shamelessly, to this day they owe me money. They have replied to this review below but have not been able to return a single euro, nor apologize and of course blame the landlord when the management has always been carried out by the real estate agency... they will never change.

Negative experience: La experiencia bastante mala, ya que quien llevaba el tema de la fianza era la encargada de la inmobiliaria y cuando nos fuimos tardó mas de 4 meses en contestarnos si nos la devolvía o no y según ella se tenía que quedar con casi toda la fianza porque no estaba el piso bien limpio. Supongo que después de 4 meses algo de polvo tuvo que acumularse..., en fin no la recomiendo para nada. Edito el comentario para responder: Tengo un correo del 20/09/2016 donde me escribes que la limpieza son 150 euros y que me los descuentas de la fianza así que igual tú eres la que disfrutas mintiendo y si quieres te lo mando a ver quien miente y quien no. Y yo no hablo de tus empleados hablo de la experiencia contigo Dulce que eres con quién traté el tema de la fianza y solo me dabas largas.

Negative experience: Esta inmobiliaria es un timo son muy mentirosos. No la recomiendo en absoluto. Pongo una estrella porque no permite poner menos. Te contesto en mi mensaje ya que no me deja responder sobre el tuyo. Nos dijiste que nos ibas a devolver la fianza pero que la habias depositado en la xunta y esto es una mentira porque fui alli a preguntar y me dijeron que no había ninguna fianza por el piso que ibamos a alquilar y después de casi 1 año me la devolviste porque tuve que meter en medio a una persona abogada de mi confianza y por no decir que en el trato con las personas eres muy desagradable y mal encarada.

Negative experience: Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner cero, nos gestionó el alquiler de la plaza de garaje, tardaron mas de un mes en darnos el mando del portal y después de dos años y habiendo finalizado el contrato hace ya varios meses, se han desentendido completamente y no nos han devuelto la fianza del mando, por no decir que cuando hicimos la devolución del mando y las llaves nos mandó dejarlo en una cafetería que era de su confianza. Durante el tiempo que duró el contrato, tuvimos que contactar varias veces porque no funcionaba el portal o las luces del garaje y nunca nos cogían el teléfono. A pesar de pagar religiosamente todos los meses sólo sabíamos que estaban ahí porque siempre pegaban carteles en el garaje de que no se hacían responsables de nada de lo que pasara en el garaje y un cartel en cada plaza para recordarnos que pagáramos la mensualidad... En fin, NADA RECOMENDABLE. El trato con la responsable fue pésimo, ya que como la "importunabamos" con nuestra exigencia de que nos devolviera el dinero de la fianza nos colgaba el teléfono constantemente.

Fantastic experience: A única axencia inmobiliaria que non aluga nin vende vivendas, senón que axuda a crear fogares.

Negative experience: Muy mala atención, y persona que nos atendió muy despreocupada... Desde luego el trato al publico no se les da nada bien

Negative experience: Tiene un horario de atención al público que no cumple, ya van mas de 3 veces que vamos en ese horario y no hay nadie en la oficina.
