Negative experience: I give one star because less is not possible. Do not rent any apartment with them, we just spent 7 days in one of their apartments... and it's embarrassing. Dirty, with a pest of bugs getting in everywhere, the sheets were not changed, the mattresses are disgustingly dirty, they don't provide towels when Airbnb states that they do, the sofa bed is an embarrassment with stains that make it disgusting to sit on and they didn't even bother to clean it, the shower curtain... better not to say it. You complain and they don't care at all. Never again.

Negative experience: Dreadful service, you leave your shoes and a good metal Gillette case and after a week they have thrown everything away, they should be ashamed. We won't be coming back and we won't recommend these apartments to anyone!!

Negative experience: This is the video of the pool that they told us hadn't been cleaned in a week!!! Impossible, at least it hasn't been like that for months, we rented specifically for the pool and we haven't been able to enjoy it. In the end, they changed our house, but even so, the intention was to make the most of the pool from Friday, and in the end, we could only enjoy the new house for 1 day.

Negative experience: Thank you very much for the lost weekend. We rented the house specifically for the pool, to enjoy the weekend with some friends, nothing like what we experienced... They gave us the house with an unappetizing green pool, we complained and they told us they already knew, didn't anyone warn us? Who? I don't understand how they are able to rent a property in that condition. I don't understand the need for lies and not accepting mistakes. They propose changing houses, without any financial compensation (after losing all Friday afternoon complaining and part of the morning) or that they compensate us for the first night if we decide to stay in a house, where the pool is unusable because due to our complaint they rushed to fix it, and we have technicians in the house, doing shock therapy to clean it for the next tenants (because that pool cannot be used for a week, since the products are quite strong). Aside from the disappointment, I think taking us for fools is not the correct way to proceed.

Negative experience: DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! We rented a house for a weekend, which had a pool, and this was the reason we paid more. When we arrived, the pool was green, the walls were full of mold, the water was dirty and had animal feces. The pool area was also filled with mini bushes, bird droppings, and dirt. The loungers were also covered in bird droppings. According to them, other people had swum in that pool the previous week; they probably died by now. We called and they said they would send someone to clean it. When the pool guy arrived, he told us it would take at least a week to clean it. We couldn’t contact them again because they leave at 7 PM and you’re on your own... even knowing what was happening. The next day they called to say they could not change our house, but we told them we would go there in person to talk to them. They offered us another house for free that weekend, which we didn't want to see again in our lives, but we finally managed to get another similar house for Saturday afternoon, since we had to leave Sunday morning. Since they claimed it was a more expensive house, they wouldn’t refund us for the first night; however, we had already lost Friday afternoon and Saturday until 3 PM. They ruined our weekend with complaints and calls, and having to go to the agency and move houses. I don’t want to have anything to do with this real estate agency again. They lie to you and laugh in your face.

Negative experience: We just rented a house for two days, the check-in was Saturday at six in the evening, and the check-out was before 10 in the morning on Monday. You pay for two days and only enjoy it one. If you go for 10 days, you can still be understanding, but for two nights we paid €1000 and only enjoyed it on Sunday. They communicate this to you after you have paid, they distanced themselves without barely looking you in the face except for a tall, thin woman with white hair who felt bad about it; they had no consideration. They charge you more than €100 for cleaning upon departure and ask that everything is perfect, including the collected sheets, and on top of that, it takes them more than 8 hours to deliver the clean house??? Never again Ceigrup under these conditions, it was a robbery. The house had two broken chairs out of the three that were on the terrace considering it is for six people. Also, some lights were not working.

Negative experience: We rented an apartment with this agency and the experience has been terrible, we felt robbed, the apartment was dirty, sheets weren't even placed, no towels, they make you check out before 10:00 and on top of that you have to bring them towels and sheets, they left us 1 roll of toilet paper for 6 people, mattresses and pillows I would like to know if they would use, because they looked like they were picked up from the trash, we complained about the dirtiness and they told us they couldn't do anything... I had never rented an apartment under these conditions, simply disappointing.

Negative experience: 5 calls to visit a house and we are still waiting for the real estate agent's call. If you don't want to sell, it's better to say so right away.

Negative experience: Quand j'ai loué l'appartement Phenicia à l'Escala, du 18/05 au 15/06!2019, il y a eu plusieurs problèmes : -1 lampe sur 2 ne fonctionnait pas dans la salle de douche donnant dans le couloir, a été remplacée pendant mon séjour! - porte de douche qui ne fermait pas car joint cassé. Le joint a été remplacé mais la porte ne se fermait toujours pas et j'ai même eu la douche qui a coulé au-dessus de la porte donc j'utilisais la douche donnant dans la grande chambre! - le volet de la grande chambre défectueux et suite à réparation par un technicien venu avec le propriétaire, le volet électrique 'est tombé complètement en panne. Le volet ne s'ouvrait plus.C'est le technicien de l'agence qui a dû venir à 2 reprises pour réparer tout cela pendant mon séjour! Donc cela fait 3 fois que quelqu'un est venu pour ce volet - un des auvents (droit) sur la terrasse défectueux car un des bras était abîmé, on ne pouvait pas l'ouvrir complètement sinon cela bloquait!. - une prise cassée dans le salon à coté du, divant-lit, a été réparée pendant mon séjour! - un store était cassé dans le salon, il n'a pas été réparé! - les 2 stores de la grande chambre sont sales et usés. - le store gauche dans le salon est sale et usé et celui de droite est cassé et depuis le début du séjour le store cassé se trouvait dans la pièce à coté de la cuisine (là où se trouve le chauffe-eau) avec un morceau du couvercle du bac du volet de la grande chambre. Ce morceau métallique du bac a été réparé lors du passage du propriétaire avec son technicien. - problèmes de chasse de wc ! - mauvaise odeur dans la cuisine suite à un problème d'évacuation des eaux usées. - volet en bois dans la petite chambre, on ne pouvait pas le lever complètement sinon il bloquait! - matelas de la grande chambre avec des tâches car pas de protège-matelas! Et en plus le matelas est dur, on dort mieux sur le divant-lit du salon! - la commande à distance de la porte d'entrée du garage reçue cassée de l'agence, le propriétaire l'a vu. Lui, il en a une commande complètement en ordre.. L'emplacement de parking est petit et en plus il y a 2 poteaux en béton, donc quand il y a une voiture de chaque côté, soit si on se parque en marche arrière, il n'y a plus moyen de sortir de la voiture car pas moyen d'ouvrir la porte, soit vous êtes entre les 2 poteaux mais vous ne savez pas passer ! Donc résultat sur 4 semaines je n'ai pu parquer que 2 semaines et demi ! La plupart de ces points sont connus par le propriétaire et certainement aussi par l'agence! Beaucoup de ces points auraient pu être mis en ordre avant la saison! J'ai eu 4 fois qu'une personne est venue pour faire des réparations connues dans l'appartement.Ensuite j'ai demandé que l'on ne vienne plus et qu'on fasse les réparations après mon départ, car je ne trouve pas normal que je dois subir cela pendant mon séjour!, surtout que ces problèmes sont connus avant mon arrivée ! J'ai lu dans les avis, qu'une autre personne a encore eu les mêmes problèmes que j'ai eu, (wc, porte de douche, store, etc) . Il n'y a pas de porte papier wc à côté des wc! Il faut mettre le papier de wc sur la chasse ou parterre, c'est pas pratique ! Il n'y a aucune poubelle, ni dans les salles d'eau ni du côté de la cuisine ! Donc vous devez mettre un sac poubelle sur le sol ! Pour entretenir l'appartement, il y a juste un balai et une ramassette, Il n'est pas possible d'entretenir à l'eau car le mocho et le seau qui va avec sont sales et usés! Il n'y a pas d'aspirateur. Planche à repasser vieille et usée! Je ne peux comprendre que l'agence ne fait rien pour remédier à tous ces problèmes! En plus dans le détail de l'appartement, il est indiqué que l'immeuble est récent, ce qui est faux ! Sur les photos, le divant-lit est rouge, ce qui n'est plus la réalité, les meubles de terrasse sont abîmés et les coussins sont usés. La peinture autour des piscines n'est plus la même, etc.. ! Le prix demandé pour la location de l'appartement est beaucoup trop cher, pour l'état général de l'appartement. C'est certainement pour cela qu'il n'y' a pas d'inventaire !

Positive experience: La atención al cliente es bastante buena, y el apartamento que alquilamos está bastante bien. El único inconveniente es el suplemento de 30€ si llegas fuera del horario de llegada, y es un problema porque a veces el transporte publico te juega una mala pasada.

Positive experience: Llevamos alquilando apartamentos con ellas en L'Escala desde hace bastantes años. El trato y dedicación son excelentes. El único inconveniente las camas de los apartamentos son bastante incómodas desde hace tiempo y no las han cambiado todavía. Por lo demás genial! Recomiendo los apartamentos Mestral. Con piscina y todo!!!
