Negative experience: Very bad experience. They didn't show up on the day of the visit. The owners showed me the apartment. Then I called to make an offer and I didn't receive any response again. I had to call again to find out if he spoke with them. I have no confirmation that he did. He decides which price is acceptable and which is not. He doesn't even bother to call back to say that they are not interested in the offer or to renegotiate. Very unprofessional.

I indeed did not show up for the appointment for justified reasons, as I mentioned to you over the phone, but I trusted that the owners would give you all the details of the property, since no one knew the apartment better than they did. As for the offer, you must excuse me for not calling you to reject it, as I assumed you knew it wouldn’t be accepted; in fact, had they accepted it, I would have kept the apartment myself, since it was over 30% below its price. For high amounts, it could be understood and even proposed to the owner, but in this case, I never considered submitting it out of respect. It is true that sometimes we decide the price, and believe me, it is not easy to price other people's properties; after all, it is their money, but in this case, they decided. Regarding 'unprofessional', perhaps we should let Manquiña be the one to decide... I apologize for this last comment, it was meant to add a bit of humor, as I do not understand the bad mood in your comment. I also do not understand the renegotiation part. Or would you have raised an apartment priced at €155,000, for which you offered €110,000, to €115,000?
