Negative experience: Very dissatisfied, especially with the attention from Miguel Ángel Bernal. On July 8th, I visited an apartment listed at 259,000 euros. I really love the apartment, and on Monday morning, I contacted the salesperson to express my interest and that I wanted to make an offer. He told me that there was another person considering making an offer as well, and that the first offer received would be the one negotiated. I quickly sent a signed offer of 220,000 euros. Once received, Miguel told me that my offer was the first and would therefore be presented to the owners. A few hours later, around 4 PM, he called me and said that my offer had been rejected, and that the negotiation would need to start from there. I explained to Miguel that I was at work, I am a psychologist and was on call seeing clients, so I couldn’t take the phone calls regularly. Miguel said there was another offer of 240,000 euros from an investment fund and that they wanted to present it. I said that since my offer had been submitted, they couldn't accept another until my negotiation process was finished. I was willing to raise it to 240,000 euros, but I needed a couple of hours to do so because I was at work. At that moment, he started pressuring me and trying to dissuade me from raising my offer, which I found strange because I have made several offers with various real estate agencies and this was the first time a salesperson acted this way. I asked for a couple of hours because I was working. In a span of 30 minutes, he called me 4 times when I had already informed him that I was in a consultation and needed that time. In a gap between clients, I called him back, and he told me that the investment fund (the other possible offer) had 'coincidentally' heard our conversation while in the real estate office and that now they wanted to raise to 247,000 euros. At that moment, I wondered where data protection was; my offer is a private contract, he can't share that information with another client or give me theirs. My negotiation process is between the real estate agency, the owners, and myself. That information cannot be disclosed to other potential buyers, especially when there is a firm offer. At that moment, Miguel started to tell me to reconsider the increase, that 247,000 euros seemed like a lot of money, and that I might be overpaying for the apartment (when on the day of the visit, he told me that the apartment was priced right and that it was a very good opportunity; now, 12,000 euros less seemed like overpaying?). He told me that if I wanted to raise the offer, it had to be now, that they closed at 8 PM and if it didn't arrive by that time, they wouldn't accept it. All of this while putting a lot of pressure on me. I told him that it seemed to me that the process was being handled wrongly, that when there is a firm offer, other offers cannot be presented because there is an open negotiation process, and that’s how he had explained it to me. What he literally told me on the day of the visit was: you can start by making an offer of 229,000 euros, and from there we will negotiate up to what you are willing to give. When I told him this, he replied: 'but we talked about that verbally, what is not in writing doesn’t count.' All this, I want to emphasize that the other offer was from an investment fund that would pay in cash, and that I, as a private individual, depend on a mortgage (which I had shown him with data proving it was viable). What does this mean? That the money will be received in cash and that he will get his commission more easily and instantly, without having to wait 2 months as he would with me. I raised my offer to 247,500, but Miguel, even though my offer was submitted and I had priority, also presented the other offer of 246,000. In the end, they accepted the other offer being cash, and I was left without the apartment. Miguel, as a salesperson, may have his strategies to deceive people, but I, as a psychologist, know perfectly well what a manipulation process is, which is what Miguel attempted with me. This has not been a transparent and legal sales process; it has been an AUCTION, to the highest bidder.

Negative experience: Como inmobiliaria creo que no tengo mala experiencia si con la falta de información, llevamos desde abril de 2021 apuntados al inicio de una cooperativa de bafre, diverso Móstoles, y llevan un año para la adjudicación de un suelo, no dijeron q en mayo de 2022 no dirían algo, y aún no sabemos nada, sirva esta reseña, para que insistan al ayuntamiento de Móstoles y no digan algún plazo de resolución , porque esto no es normal... Gracias
