Negative experience: Yesterday afternoon I visited a flat for purchase, this morning at 7am I wrote to the agency as the salesperson Ivan indicated, to tell them that I would keep it and to let me know the next steps as well as the review of the 'nota simple' and the 'ite' (unfavorable) to see what contribution it would entail. During the visit, Ivan told me that it was the first day of commercializing and that he didn't know the 'ite' was unfavorable (I believe him). I am surprised that an agency that sells experience does not check this, but I think it is because they are new. After speaking with Noelia at 9:30 in the morning to coordinate the reservation and being promised that she would call me back with the information and next steps, I see that they do not call me, and I decide to call and write several times. Finally, Ivan calls me and tells me that they have already reserved the flat by mid-morning (later than I did) for some guys who saw it on Tuesday. The management has been terrible, you played with me, I had said I wanted the house first, and when I asked you about the 'ite', you decided not to answer and manage my reservation to sell it to others who arrived later, in addition to lying to me saying that the flat started commercializing yesterday and then telling me it had been there for days. It is regrettable that you play like this with the client, with their time, hope, and priority. I can do nothing but leave this review and express my experience. Ivan's response has been that he understands me and that I am right, but that if someone comes to the office with the money, they win. That is not how it works; I followed the steps you asked, and I arrived first, but you did not give me the option to reserve. When dealing with people, the least you can do is be transparent, sincere, and fair. Negative experience: Be very careful with that agency. I have a construction company and, due to the nature of the work, I have extensive experience collaborating with real estate agencies. This is one of the worst I have seen, not only because of the quality of their work but also because of the blatant lies they have told me. And I say this with confidence because I spoke with the owner of the property I was interested in, and he confirmed that they were telling me lies, which could financially harm me if the purchase went through. If you have no other option but to work with them, don’t trust anything they say, verify it 5 times, as they will get you into legal trouble. RE: responding to your reply. Yes, I have spoken with the owner, do I give you his phone number and name?! The only reason I had to locate him is that I had been trying to get a response from you for a month and a half, and you were not presenting my offer to the owner (I know because I HAVE SPOKEN WITH HIM and he knew nothing about my offer). Barbara's response, the salesperson, was 'I’m on it,' and that was as far as it went. It’s clear that my offer did not convince YOU and not the owner, whose interests you are supposed to represent (poor guy). It is true that the owner told me that the premises are managed by Fincas Cima: 1. he does not need to know about the low level of professionalism of Fincas Cima, he has had bad luck; 2. he sounded like a pretty elderly person, with what that entails. In addition to the above, I reaffirm that you can induce the buyer into legal problems. Because you were assuring me that the change of use regulation allows segregation without the permission of the Community, and that is incorrect (easy to verify). I know this because I work in the sector and because I have an architecture firm for that. If I didn’t have it and I listened to you, I would have MANY legal and financial problems with that purchase. But you don’t care, as long as you get paid... You are not only 0 professionals, but you are also dangerous for trying to deceive me with FALSE information knowing it was false (both, Barbara and her boss).

Fantastic experience: Hace 2 meses tuvimos que encargarnos de la venta de una vivienda en Usera, el problema es que era de 12 herederos y no éramos capaces de ponernos de acuerdo en nada, me encargaron buscar a alguien para hacer los trámites y se lo di a fincas cima, una inmobiliaria que lleva en frente de la junta de distrito desde hace muchos años, quiero agradecerles la paciencia y la entrega que han tenido con nosotros, no solo lograron ponernos de acuerdo a todos los herederos, si no que nos hicieron los trámites sin cobrarnos e incluso adelantaron el dinero de unos impuestos y nos hicieron absolutamente todos los trámites Después de arreglar todo el tema de la herencia nos vendieron la vivienda y fue todo perfecto, ahí si que cobraron por vender la vivienda, si bien nos lo dejaron todo muy claro Muchísimas gracias a Carmen y a Modesto, insisto en que tratar con gente tan mayor como alguno de los herederos no era para nada sencillo
