Negative experience: Hola llevo llamando toda la semana un un piso que lleva más de un mes en las páginas y no me contesta y justo llamo hoy por preguntar por el piso nada más me contesta sin saludar sin nada llamas por alquiler no nomequeda porfavor no llames estamos de fiesta estas molestando que falta de educación y lo dice gritando no recomiendo a nadie por mal trato que hizo esque la verdad si no os gusta vuestro trabajo pues cierras y no públicas nada así nadie te molesta

Negative experience: Fatal! I don't know how they still have people with those employees! I called several times about an apartment and a house, waiting almost 2 months for an apartment and always the same story that the current tenants weren't leaving. And that the house owners had another commitment, yet both ads are still online today! I called today to ask again if there’s any news about the apartment, and she told me no, and when I was about to make a comment, she said 'I have to let you go, I have another call' and hung up on me! I got my mother to call a day earlier to ask about the apartment, and she was told it was already rented, while I’m still being told that the current tenants haven't moved out. The first time I called, I was told they were moving, then a week later that they hadn't even started. Every day another story!!!

Negative experience: Ethics and professionalism are very scarce, if not non-existent: I called to rent a house and we agreed that they would call me the next day to schedule a visit!! After waiting all day, I called 3 times until they answered my friend's phone to tell him that it was already reserved. When he told her it was my friend, the lady called me a minute later just to say: 'Tell me... you called me!' When I told her who I was because she didn't even remember, she dropped a: 'I didn't call you because it was reserved last night and I haven't had time...' Really, ma'am? At 7 PM you haven't had time to make a simple call that would have lasted a minute? It sounds like an excuse to me, but okay, let's say you manage your time poorly when it comes to selling or renting apartments and houses that are not yours!
