Negative experience: The worst experience without a doubt. The only thing they did in the buying-selling process was collect money; they charge you at the beginning (a fortune because they are the most expensive, claiming it is for the good service they provide) and they didn't take care of ANYTHING, neither the documentation nor providing us with the necessary papers, they told us lies, didn't answer the phone, claimed they had reserved a date at the notary's office, and when we called to confirm it, it was a lie, they changed their phone number without notifying us, we asked for explanations or to switch commercial agents and they denied it, they didn't show up on the signing day at the notary's, and it was the first time the notary had seen something like this. We had to contact a lawyer to show him the earnest money document to see if we had been scammed or what because it certainly looked like it, they took our money and completely disappeared. The only thing that saved us was (out of desperation) going to the sellers' house and since they were equally angry and disappointed, we managed everything between both parties. Seriously, don't even think about it, and if there’s no other choice because they have the property exclusively, my advice is don’t pay until the end. RESPONSE Yes, the other person is my husband, and obviously if we have lived through the same thing we share the same opinion. No one is calling us, I wish! And don’t worry, I have all the conversations with your colleague where he said one thing and then did nothing, proof of what we paid and what actually reached the owner, and countless schemes and lies from the real estate agent. And you will say you haven't worked with us, but the document I have is signed by the expercasa torrefiel email.

Negative experience: They closed the Lliria office and have not provided the service they charged for the purchase of a relative's apartment. I hope it is different in the other franchises. Also, today they did not show up for the purchase agreement signing.

Negative experience: They are liars and scammers. They will demand to charge their commission in advance and will disappear. They will not send documents, will not do their job, and will stop answering the phone or responding to WhatsApp and emails. They do not show up at the notary nor send the documents to the notary for the signing... if it weren't for the fact that the seller and buyer managed to get in touch, the sale wouldn't happen... I attach a photo where it indicates that actions were taken from the office, in response to their comment washing their hands of not managing anything from this office... perhaps that has been the problem, the lack of management. I have been waiting for 1 hour for the agent who committed to go to the signing as part of their fees to call us and explain why they have not shown up and do not respond, everyone in the office says they don’t know anything and cannot provide answers.

It seemed like everything was going well, and when we were about to give the deposit, they told us a story about some documents not signed by the owner. They said they would call us, and no one called. Please don't waste people's time. Not recommendable.

Overall, we felt very supported by the entire team, starting undoubtedly with Emmanuel, who was the one conducting the visits with potential buyers, but not forgetting any of the other team members like Naomí or Toni, who treated us as one of their own, took charge of the situation affecting us, and, far from 'just doing their part,' showcased great human quality and professionalism giving their best to help us with the process. Facilitan toda la información que te puede hacer falta y te dan recomendaciones muy valiosas de cara a la negociación y compra del piso con los propietarios. Fantastic experience: Quería vender un piso que tenía por la zona. Al principio, pensaba venderlo por privado, pero me planteé la opción de un inmobiliaria para no tener que estar enseñando el piso continuamente (no vivo en Valencia). Pasé por Expercasa Torrefiel ya que estaba cerca. La primera impresión ya fue bastante buena ya que demostraron conocer muy bien la zona y su atención fue muy profesional y cercana (me hicieron ver que el precio que pensaba pedir no era acorde a lo que se demandaba y que no podría vender el piso). Así que lo dejé todo en sus manos y, en 1 mes ya tenía comprador!!! Se encargaron de todos los trámites, incluso después de la venta. El trato fue muy agradable y profesional en todo momento, aunque tengo que destacar a Gloria que fue quien estuvo llevando la venta. Sin ninguna duda, volvería a esta inmobiliaria si tuviera que realizar algún trámite por la zona.

Negative experience: Lamentable de inicio a final. Hemos realizado una compra venta recientemente y nos ha engañado tanto al comprador como al vendedor, además de intentar dejarnos en evidencia a ambos, por suerte coincidimos ambas partes y nos dimos cuenta que los manipuladores era la propia inmobiliaria. Además estaban usando el piso de la persona que lo vendía, aprovechando que estaba vacío como lugar de fiestas y "citas", todo muy repugnante y poco profesional.
