Negative experience: Real estate agency with poor planning, where they make up the laws to take your money. I worked with them and when signing a contract I was almost forced by their bad practices, I entered a personal odyssey from which it was very hard for me to get out.

Negative experience: Ponen a la venta viviendas que no tienen en regla toda su documentación por lo que el proceso de la compra se queda paralizado y si te arrepientes de la compra por la larga espera no solo que pierdes la señal entregada que hasta hay lo entiendo todo. Pero luego te llaman poco más que obligandote a comprar la vivienda.

Negative experience: Vimos el piso que queríamos comprar, hasta ahí todo bien, un comercial muy atento y agradable al trato. Sin embargo, desde que comenzamos los trámites para la compra-venta todo fueron tropiezos. Dejamos todo el papeleo en sus manos y en los de su financiera, pero no movieron un dedo y, después del confinamiento mucho menos. Fue mi marido el que se movió para poder adquirir la vivienda. Tuvimos malentendidos con los anteriores dueños (fruto de la propia inmobiliaria) y todo porque no pudimos hablar directamente con ellos hasta que la inmobiliaria se dio cuenta de que iba a perder la venta, que fue entonces cuando programó una reunión para aclarar dudas entre compradores y vendedores. Porque eso sí, cobrar sí que cobraron. En resumen, conseguimos la vivienda, pero porque pusimos nuestro empeño en ello, porque la experiencia con Arabelia fue bastante nefasta. No la recomendaría a nadie.

Negative experience: Comisiones excesivamente elevadas por un servicio prácticamente nulo, y las pocas cosas que llegaron a gestionar las hicieron tarde y mal, cambiándolas tras haber acordado otra cosa. Cobrando un dineral, ya podían gestionar e informar a tiempo debidamente, en lugar de sentarse a esperar y cobrar un pastizal por ello. Como comprador unas sensaciones totalmente negativas, sobre todo comparando con otras inmobiliarias.
