Negative experience: A bunch of scammers, I make a reservation for an apartment and 1 hour later they tell me that the owner already has a client, when if the owner sells it and it is with a real estate agency they get penalized. A disgrace and liars, special mention to Carlos 'Pinocchio'.

Negative experience: Now in English. I am still so outraged by the way I was treated by this agency. I rented a house with them for 2 years, and the service was terrible in every possible aspect. They were not reactive and didnt care even about very serious topics like security when a drugs apartment was installed in the building and I requested a better lock. When I entered the apartment, it was right after the formal tenant had left (after 6 years of living) and they didnt even paint the place or perform any reparations. They came to « see » it and didnt take any photos, and when it was my time to leave, they charged me every issue with the house despite all the photos and emails I had as proof of the pre existing house state. My advice is to avoid them at all costs because even if the house is very nice, Barcelona is the kind of city where you have to rely on the agency in many topics, and having them not professional, not kind and not fair would have an impact on your quality of life and mental health. It was the case for me..My lawyer advised to take legal actions towards them but I just wanted it all to be over

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I cannot leave 0 or -5 stars. The worst agency in Barcelona. I lived in a building they manage for 2 years, and they never cared about anything. Problems in the apartment, security issues, the building full of drug apartments. It has been a nightmare. Moreover, when I moved into the apartment, they did not take photos of the place nor did they make any repairs, and upon moving out, they charged me for everything, even though I had evidence and photos of the condition when I moved in. They are neither professional nor friendly. A terrible experience.

Negative experience: We were very interested in an apartment, we sent a request, it was approved, and we were pending the reservation. We spoke with the contact Carlos on Saturday to see how to proceed, and he said he preferred that we make the reservation securely and that we came back to see the apartment between Monday and Tuesday. Today, Tuesday, we responded, and his answer was that they have already given the apartment to other candidates. Meanwhile, we have formalized the resignation of our current apartment since everything had been discussed with him, and he assured us that we were still the candidates. A tremendous lack of professionalism. They only care about the one who pays faster.

Negative experience: Regrettable experience. We scheduled an appointment to see a rental apartment. After waiting ten minutes past the appointed time with no one showing up, I called the agent and the phone was off. I waited another five minutes and it was still off. I understand that the apartment was rented and that there is no longer any interest in showing it. I agree. At least have the decency to inform people and show some respect for the individuals and the time they invest in this activity. As I said, it's a shame.

Negative experience: Lamentable. Me querían descontar de la fianza un recibo devuelto cuando avise con mes de antelación que no iba a renovar, después de dos meses aun estoy esperando contestación a mi reclamación y que me devuelvan el importe de la fianza.

Negative experience: Una estrella porque no hay menos, 1500€ han cobrado al finalizar un contrato de pocos mas de un año, contrato que ha terminado porque el piso tenia humedades y hongos que nunca resolvieron y que su propio lampista dijo que no tenia arreglo, un año tuvieron para resolver las piedras que caían en el tejado y ponían en riesgo la integridad de los que allí vivimos. Un año en el que no hicieron absolutamente nada, solo cobrar las dos fianzas diciendo que es lo normal, que la fianza es para eso, para que ellos se la queden.

Negative experience: Llamé interesada en un piso de alquiler y me dieron hora para ir a visitarlo al día siguiente, cuando llegue al sitio no vino nadie! al comercial se le había olvidado que habíamos quedado! después de insistir y llamar vino, con actitud soberbia y aun tiene la desfachatez de decir que hacer visitas en un piso es gratis! No lo recomiendo para nada, poco profesionales.
