Finally, after you left in September of last year from the property you rented from our clients, which you left in a shameful state by the way, you have decided to give us a negative review. Although your sister Laura did it 9 months ago where she distorted the reality that you know well, and two of your friends who had no idea what had happened and were encouraged by you, also left us negative reviews, Gerard Chavarría Vallés and Verónica Gómez, to whom I already thanked for the reviews even without knowing them as they proved to be loyal friends of yours. I have to be honest and confess that you were a good tenant regarding payments, punctual and serious until almost the end, not so much regarding cleanliness and formality at the time of leaving the property. As I repeated to you several times, it is not the agency that is responsible for deducting any money from the deposit and additional guarantee since we are not the custodians of that amount, but rather the property takes care of that directly. We limit ourselves to making a photographic report of the property at the entrance and exit of the tenants, passing that report to them for their evaluation. A lower deduction was made than should have been made because I mediated with the property to be generous in the refund of the amount you received. I imagine you must have decided to leave this review after so long out of spite since I couldn't help but see the latest reviews you've posted, and they are also negative. I hope my response has been of some use to you and I wish that you see life more positively and above all learn from this entire experience to behave as you should and to remember that you are employed in a bicycle repair shop, so it wouldn't hurt to empathize with the employees of the other businesses you frequent. Buenas tardes Laura, aún sin ser clienta nuestra, veo que dejas una reseña aunque sea negativa, desde luego desde la ignorancia de la realidad, pero te voy a dejar una explicación a ver si lo entiendes. Nosotros no alquilamos ningún inmueble que no cumpla con las condiciones necesarias para ser habitables y tienen Cédula de Habitabilidad otorgada por el Departament de Habitatge de Catalunya, por lo que no entiendo a qué te refieres con ¨zulo¨. Las fianzas y garantías adiciones se cogen para garantizar el mantenimiento y cuidado de los inmuebles y son gestionados directamente por la propiedad y no por nosotros. Simplemente nos encargamos en ocasiones de realizar un informe sobre daños y desperfectos y se pasan junto con las fotografías pertinentes a la propiedad para que verifique y obre en consecuencia con las devoluciones de fianza y garantía. Si retienen dinero no es por parte de la agencia en ningún caso pues en ningún momento pasa dicho importe por nuestras manos. La propiedad es quién se ocupa de su ingreso en Incasol y posterior solicitud. Indicas que está el tema en manos de abogados y estaré encantado de atenderles llegado el caso y si es necesario mostrar las imágenes del estado en que quedó dicho inmueble a la salida del inquilino. Nuestra profesionalidad y buen trato está avalado por nuestros clientes y no tienes que ponerlo en entredicho, pero como recuerdo de nuevo, tú no eres, ni has sido, ni serás cliente de nuestra agencia. Antes de nada, agradecer la reseña, aunque lo correcto habría sido identificarte con tu nombre verdadero y no con uno falso. Lo entiendo, ya que sabes positivamente que no es cierto lo que has escrito. La propietaria es quien decidió retener una parte del dinero para hacer la limpieza pues estaba realmente sucio y para reponer lo que habías dejado roto, documentado todo con facturas, y estaba en su perfecto derecho de hacerlo. Al entrar exigiste mucho y al marchar no cumpliste con tu parte y por eso estás molesto. Afortunadamente, no todos los miembros de los cuerpos de seguridad del estado que tenemos como clientes son como tú. Lo de que no has tenido nunca problemas con ningún propietario anteriormente será por que acostumbras a aprovecharte del puesto de trabajo que tienes para hacer lo que te interesa. Suerte en este nuevo inmueble, a ver como lo dejas al salir.
