Negative experience: Llame hace una semana por unas viviendas, una me dijeron que ya no estaba disponible, que no estaba actualizada la página desde hace 11 meses. Y la otra que no sabían si estaba disponible, que lo iban a mirar y me llamaban, sigo esperando la llamada

Negative experience: My wife and I were interested in a property. After speaking to them through the wallapop platform (where the property was advertised), we arranged to see the house on Monday at 5:30 PM. After waiting for an hour and making multiple calls without a response, they stood us up and no one got back to us. We also messaged them on the wallapop platform where they read our messages but did not reply either. Not even an apology. Therefore, I do not recommend this real estate agency at all, very unprofessional and not serious.

Negative experience: A BUNCH OF DISGRACEFUL SCAMMERS !!!!! I wanted to buy a property, and they told me it had no charges, but then at the notary signing, the property had charges. In the end, we didn’t close the deal, but they are certainly disgraceful. I definitely recommend going to any real estate agency in Ponteareas except for these shameless ones. Best regards

Negative experience: Eh llamado por unos pisos y mucho interés no tenían en atender,a parte te dicen que la página igual no está actualizada ,poco profesionales se ven.

Negative experience: Impresentables, se aprovechan de la gente exprimiendo hasta el último centavo inclusive rozando límites legales.

Negative experience: Poco profesional, hasta en tres ocasiones acudí a la inmobiliaria preguntando por una casa que tenían en venta y no obtuve respuesta ninguna. De ser propietaria dudaría seriamente de anunciar ahí una propiedad.

Negative experience: Alquile un piso con ellos un año, cuatro meses después de dejarlo me seguía llegando facturas de luz y agua porque seguía todo a mi nombre no lo habían cambiado. Ahora hay una factura que me corresponde una parte a mi y la otra a ellos porque yo ya no estaba en el piso, me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen básicamente que la pague yo que no había nadie en el piso que el consumo de ese medio mes que le corresponden a ellos es mínimo Una vergüenza. Nada recomendable

Fantastic experience: Particularmente estuve 1 año buscando vivienda por la zona, y trate con 4 inmobiliarias. Desde luego para mi esta es la mejor, no por los empleados, que es cierto que la primera vez que fui su empleada no dio ni las buenas tardes, pero el dueño, Manuel un 10. Me parece el agente inmobiliario mas honesto de todos con los que traté hasta la compra. Lastima que finalmente no tuviese en cartera lo que encontré por otro lado.

Positive experience: O trato ben, pero tentei negociar con eles o prezo dun piso e eles dicían que a dona tiña cartos e non o ía baixar. Despois de seis meses, o piso apareceu noutra inmobiliaria uns 10.000€ máis barato. Non me gusta que me mintan.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia fatal, fuimos a preguntar por un piso en alquiler y la chica q estaba allí no nos dijo ni hola al entrar, nos vio y siguió hablando con un chico de su vida, porque de trabajo no era, son unos impresentables, porque aunque estés hablando con un cliente al entrar otro tu deber es decir por lo menos un simple ¡hola! y ¡en un momento os atiendo!
