Negative experience: We called to schedule a visit to an apartment for sale. While actively searching, we noticed almost immediately after it was posted and called right away. Lupita told us that they had just uploaded it in the apps and that they still didn't know when they would start doing visits. The next day she confirmed that visits would start the following Sunday and that we would be given priority. On Sunday, when we went to see the apartment, Xavi didn't even bother to provide explanations about anything. As soon as we left the apartment, we called and texted him to make the reservation. He scheduled us for the next day in the afternoon. The surprise came when the next morning the apartment no longer appeared in the app. After several calls, they confirmed that the apartment was already reserved by a customer who would pay cash. Our disappointment has been tremendous. If they themselves tell you that they give you priority on the visit and then don’t fulfill it, and that on a Sunday you offer to go on Monday at 9 am to make a reservation and they schedule you for the afternoon, they completely shatter all the hopes you have placed in something, they waste your time, and always favor large holders (we're talking about an apartment of less than 60m2 with a price above its value). I do not recommend them at all for buying a home.

Negative experience: Today, November 18, 2024, I contact Lupita and the supposed director Xavier. I called to inquire about the apartment on Arenys Street 99 in Coll de la Teixonera, which has been put up for sale. Lupita's exact words were, 'Madam, you are the first to contact us and the first to see the apartment.' She scheduled a visit for yesterday, Sunday. We went to see it, and Mr. Xavier, who was not very cordial and looked despotically, told us that since it was Sunday, they do not take deposits to reserve the apartment. After leaving, I sent him a WhatsApp saying that today, Monday, we would come at 9:00 AM, but better at 7:00 PM. It turns out that it's 11:00 AM on Monday, and the property has been removed from Idealista. I call, and Lupita answers very rudely, saying that she has nothing to do with it and that I should ask Xavi for explanations, as he is the one who needs to explain. I call him, but he does not answer the phone. I call the real estate agency, very angry because we were excited about the apartment, and it turns out they are playing us and wasting our time. This is not how it should be done; at least give us a face or call us to give an explanation because the anxiety you have caused me is not normal. Be careful with these people; I mean it, be very careful. I don't give a zero because it's not possible. Don't trust anything, and my advice is, if you can avoid them, it's better. This has been my advice due to this bad experience with these shameless people. Karma exists, and I hope it reaches you and hits you in the face for being shameless. Yes, of course, you sold it to a family member. I go and I believe it. I was born yesterday. All they do is play with the hopes of others, large holders paying cash and giving you a tip. How much did they give you? 1000 euros? Come on, as I said, karma exists, and I hope you get hit in the face. You gave me explanations about why I reacted the way I did because you caused me a lot of anxiety.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, since the moment I booked an apartment with them, I received degrading treatment from the manager Xavier. They do not give you the option to sign the deposit subject to a mortgage, and once the reservation for the apartment is paid, they continue showing it to other potential buyers to pressure you into signing the deposit. They only look for clients who can buy the apartment without a mortgage, giving them preference, and in the end, when I already had the mortgage approved, they preferred to sell it to someone else. Enough already with the manipulation of real estate companies like this.
