Negative experience: At first, Aurea seemed to me like a suitable real estate agency, but as a consumer, I decided not to proceed with the purchase of a property upon learning that it did not have the ITE passed... which is mandatory in Catalonia. Isaac never returned my deposit. He made an extremely abusive reservation contract and responded to me with lies and threats that I caused him harm. He refused to handle things professionally and also attempted to deceive the seller of the property. Be very careful with people who are not transparent!
