Negative experience: I will share my experience and you can judge: I point out a newly built house with the assistance of Pedro from the Santa Rosa office. The contract deadline was exceeded due to issues with the seller, so an extension was made. This extension does not mention the duration of the contract or anything similar. I showed it to a lawyer who told me it looked like it was drafted by a small child and had no legal value. After a year and a half of delays, with successive calls to the real estate agent, the only response I received was to wait, to be patient, that he was working on it. A little over a year later, they asked me to finalize the contract, but there was a little problem: it had to be another house, so they invited me to see it and decide. During the visit to this new house, the seller's side told me that the house we had signed for had been sold to another person beforehand and that if I didn’t take the one they showed me, I wouldn’t get any house. The real estate agent's solution, of course an expert in this field, was for me to go with this one, that it was very nice, and if not, I would end up with none. Against my lawyer's advice, I decided to listen to the real estate agent's insistence that I accept, that the conditions I had obtained were unique, simply because in the contract extension I managed, without his help of course, to add a penalty clause for delays to the seller. He kept encouraging me to buy, arguing that I could take action against the seller once I bought the house, that I'd have plenty of reasons; innocent me, I didn’t know what was coming. We executed the sale with a 20-month delay. At the signing of the documentation, with Pedro as a witness, I only received three copies of the house keys, nothing more. Due to my ignorance in the matter, apparently everything was fine. However, a professional in the sector who charges €4235 to advise on this process knows, or should know, that many things are missing apart from three copies of keys. To this day, I have not received any utility bill, no documentation of the house (blueprints, project, occupancy license, housing book, ten-year insurance, etc.). We are talking about the purchase made in March 2023. I was calling Pedro in the following weeks with no results; the most he did was to apologize, with my €4235 in his pocket, of course. This isn’t the end. The house had construction defects that the agent didn’t want to hear about; in fact, he stopped answering my calls. I had to change the entire floor of the house, completely waterproof the roof, fix ceilings and walls due to leaks, make electrical repairs... I won't judge anything; I prefer that you do it if you read this comment. I have documentation that supports each point mentioned here, which I put at the complete disposal of anyone who wants to ignore this comment and trust this real estate agency.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia, los llevaré a Facua, inmobiliaria no recomendable, en plan chulo me dijo un trabajador que el selecciona a la gente para ver y alquilar el piso. Seleccionar para ver el piso sin ningún criterio y sin saber dónde trabajo y que ingresos tengo.... Ahí lo dejo, pero lo dicho, se llevarán una buena reclamación
